We stopped in for some beer on Saturday afternoon. We started with a flight and enjoyed most of what we tried. My wife liked the Log Chucker strong ale the best, while I had a pint of the "Beer" lager. Others we tried included the Rye Orbison lager, the Jiminy Krispness Kolsch, the cream stout, and the Agua Fria Pilsner. We sat inside, but they had a nice patio too. Beertender service was prompt and friendly.

I lived around the corner for 3 years and used to come here as every week sometimes and loved it! So my husband and I had the idea to have our wedding welcome party here. Kyle and the entire team at High & Dry were amazing to work with. The whole process was very fluid and chill and it was super affordable. The bartenders were friendly, professional, and helped create such a fun atmosphere for our wedding welcome party. Everything ran smoothly, and they were a pleasure to have as part of our celebration. Thank you for helping make our wedding so memorable! Excited to keep coming back!

Fun and eclectic local brew pub - with a really nice indoor and outdoor eating space to enjoy! Selection of beers and ciders was great, we tried a number of different ones! Also funny we thought was their "gin" on tap to make gin and tonics plus good pink lemonade (with vodka) and a pretty mean mojito! Bartender and servers were awesome and helpful in aiding us in what to try!

One of my favorite breweries in town. They have an awesome patio and a super great selection of rotating food trucks. You really can't go wrong. They've been having the Cacho's truck which has really solid burgers and such. Their loaded fries are also delicious and the sauces they use, super yummy. I always recommend people try the paleta shandy which is a paleta in your drink of choice. It's such a treat!

Really cool venue with outdoor seating, small private parking lot, food trucks, local talent, and beers with paletas! We came for an event during open mic night and it was a really great experience :) My only wish is I wish the workers were better about explaining what paletas were available. There was a bit of confusion what options were in stock or being offered. Had I known there was a Mexican chocolate paleta I would've gotten that with my Stout beer. The only options written on the board were Lime, Mango, watermelon, and strawberry. Then we found out the mango and lime were out. So, I ordered a watermelon paleta... I found out later coconut and Mexican chocolate were available. At first I was pretty nervous to dip the watermelon paleta into my beer, but I ate Froot Loops on a hotdog the other day so I figured "go for it". Surprisingly, the watermelon + Mrs. stoubtfire was actually a good combination lol I'll have to go back and try the Mexican chocolate paleta with a stout. Really cool spot to hang out :)

The vibe at high and dry is 5 stars. Their brews are inconsistent so they lose a star. Sometimes the beer is great (their pina colada beer was one of the most interesting sours I have ever had) and sometimes it is ... not. But it's overall a great neighborhood bar and I love to hit it up for the food trucks. They used to have a shuffleboard table which was great fun but that has been moved on to the great beyond for shuffleboards as far as I can tell... Big picture: a great neighborhood hang, a regular in my rotation.

Kyle the bartender. He moved here from Eugene, Oregon.

The blood orange Tractor Cider was great. The blueberry lime sour came up puckeringly sour and not to my liking. There were 17 offerings. So many more to try. They did shandy's with flavored pop cycles to melt into the brew to add to the flavor. They included Bloody Mary and mango! They had doggie pop cycles too of chicken broth flavor. Kyle was the very personable bartender. There was plenty of seating and a food truck. Today was Mexican with tacos galore. Need to come back and explore more.

    Peach Habenero Wheat....delicious!

Solid brews, relaxing vibe, plenty of off street parking, great patio, ample bar and indoor seating, knowledgeable and friendly beertenders, and a decent selection of gourmet popcorn and snacks in case the food truck du jour doesn't suit your fancy. Yes, we have another top notch beer option in ABQ! Cheers, y'all!

Great beer selections. The employees are very cool. There are games and shuffle board. On the day we went, the buns food truck was there. Excellent food!!

I love a nice stout on a brisk autumn or winter day. I had the chai stout here. This one has a lovely flavor, if not a particularly robust body. And though I love a tasty paleta on a balmy spring or summer day, I was extremely delighted with this chocolate one (courtesy of pop fizz) in mid-November. It has that wonderful hint of cinnamon you get from the Mexican hot chocolate, with the texture of a fudgecicle. I ordered a big-ol kombucha to go, but haven't tried it yet. Waiting for the right time to try to consume 32 ounces of kombucha lest I leave it to go flat overnight (they use crowlers - that is, big pop-top cans - rather than resealable jugs, don't ya know). I also bought one of those super soft vintage looking blue shirts for my pal... terrific $25 Christmas present for the microbrewery fan on your list! Two downers: no small def-leppard-style tank tops, and no resealable bottle for the to-go kombucha. One questionable policy: dogs allowed on (not at, on top of) the patio table (kinda gross, man). One "am I seeing this right?" moment: $16 for four taco truck tacos. One lingering question: do they do live music or are they beholden to neighborhood sound ordinances? Great neighborhood pub. I look forward to booking there when the nice weather returns!

Delicious beer. Welcoming atmosphere and staff. I was in Albuquerque for my day off and decided to look up breweries nearby and wanted to try one of the smaller end brewers. This place did not disappoint. I pulled into a full lot and saw a lot of happy people chilling outside and inside. I knew I was in for a treat. Walked in and asked a few questions, the bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful in my selection for the flight. I love this brewery, and I think you would too. Stop by and check it out for yourself! If you're hungry, they have a food truck right outside- when I came it was tacos but they are rotational, check out their website for the daily trucks!

Lemon lime wheat beer with a watermelon Paleta, perfection! I was hesitant about these flavors but was delightfully surprised and satisfied! A must try!

Large and open, Bow and Arrow is spacious for folks to come for pint, small groups, as well as large groups and company events. We each got a flight and loved the ability to try four different beverages each since the menu is so extensive, creative, and delicious! I got the "Dos Arrows," "Wildly No. 1," "Bury My Heart," and "Lav Letters to the SW." I listed them in order of my favorites. Each beverage was complex, unique, and delicious! I would have enjoyed a full pint of each drink! Alas, 4 5oz beverages was enough! Prices are reasonable for such high quality beverages! We also loved that the brewery recognizes Indigenous land rights and supports Native American initiatives. Euro-Americans have much to learn from Native peoples, the original stewards of this land. But first, relationships, listening, and reparations are needed! We loved Bow and Arrow Brewing. We look forward to visiting again next time we are in town!

The staff handed it over the bar to him without mentioning that it was strictly for off-premise consumption. Honestly, I suspected something might be off when I saw the large, unopened can, but because the bartender handed it directly to him without a word of warning, we assumed it was fine. We ended up opening it and drinking it for a while before the staff finally noticed. When they did realize what happened, they completely panicked, told us it was a "felony," and confiscated the can. We completely understand that New Mexico has strict liquor laws and that the brewery has to protect its license. Now that we know the rule, we definitely won't make this mistake again. However, the situation could have been entirely avoided if the staff simply communicated better at the point of sale. If you hand a customer a large package container over the bar that cannot legally be opened on-site, it is your responsibility as the server to state that clearly. The staff should have caught this when serving us, or at least handled the mistake with better customer service instead of escalating the situation. It was an honest mistake caused by a lack of clear guidance from the bartender. As two professionals that work on base nearby, this is a letdown, especially as we have frequented this brewery in the past.
