Hatte ein 40 Jahre altes High-End Gerät zum "service & Reparatur"; Gerät kam total zerkratzt & mit…read moremehr technischen Fehlern zurück als abgegeben. Wie sich heraus gestellt hat, wurde das Gerät von einem firmenfremden Herrn einfach im Kofferraum, ohne jegliche Transportsicherung, nach Düsseldorf verbracht, obwohl ich ausdrücklich Verschicken oä untersagt hatte. In der Rechnung über 400,- wurden diverse aufgeführte Leistungen nachweislich nicht erbracht. Das Gerät funktioniert um ein vielfaches schlechter, als eingereicht. Der GF R. Tit. hat sich dann mit Lügen versucht herauszureden, inzwischen ist er abgetaucht & entzieht sich seiner Verantwortung. Ausserdem wurde äusserst schlecht mit dem Gerät umgegangen: Netzkabel übelst verknotet usw Alles genau so, wie man es nicht machen sollte! FINGER WEG!!
