Paying Internet without even having it !!…read more I applied for Internet at unitymedia on Mai 29th and I still don't have it. I cannot even reach their customer service as the waiting time is very very very long and they refuse to speak English. They send me bills each month and getting payed for it without even doing the installation of the cables to my apartment. I am waiting for them to call me back for an appointment to come and install the cables going to my apartment but no one is calling and it's been a month now waiting for that call!!
