I drive 45 mins to get here but it's worth the time! Guaranteed Satisfaction! I called recently and was quoted for cutting and programming a couple keys from Amazon,l. He wanted me over the phones it's 50/50 with those . He took the time to recut a master key to open glove box and trunk. But programming failed with the keys I brought in. Sadden, and felt defeated! He used his USA made keys and made me a set and said, "Take Care, old friend! See you next time" He just chatted me for initial program and cut fee! He gave me an extra master steel key and didn't charge me to the cutting of the Amazon . Now I have extra door keys ! He made my day!!! lesson learned, don't buy cheap keys from Amazon, just buy his, it ends up being cheaper in the long run!

If you are in Orange County and have any lock or key issue with your house, car, motorcycle, e-bike or whatever, save yourself some time and money and just call ING. These people are beyond excellent...knowledge, follow through, timeliness, notifying you of time window changes, work and most of all, when they come out to see you they are super professional and polished. Way way beyond what you would expect. I actually reached out to 20 different locksmiths and they ranged from "we don't do that car" even though the website says they do to "How much did you want, you must be kidding?" to giving little to zero confidence that they could even do the job successfully. Fortunately I was referred to ING by a company that no longer worked on my car and that was a great recommendation. Sean the owner is a super cool guy too and great to talk to. I would have loved to go out and hang out with him. Emily, the administrative assistant, is totally on the ball with communication and follow through. The work was superior and on time. The cherry on top was the polish and professionalism. Heck, they would not even meet me IN the garage but stayed at the outside line of the garage door! So if you have a key problem these guys will fix it pronto and make you feel on cloud 9. I never felt so good parting with money I wish I did not have to spend. HAHAHA I hope you all can have the great experience I had to get you out of a bind.

I guess that with more people wearing running shoes, slides and not wearing "office" clothes & shoes , the demand for repair of quality long lasting leather shoes will fad into sunset. I guess "quality " does lead to obsolescence as the generations pass. It seems we tend to settle for the quick and easy for the sake of commerce and convenience. I'm glad for the experience of quality in the past but it's difficult to accept the mediocre that has been cropping up. Only wish that there was a greater appreciation for what happens when really good stuff occurs Well made does costs but the trade off is the need for patience Sorry I blathering again

What really stood out was how thorough he was. Instead of immediately cutting the actual key attached to my fob, he first cut a blank test key to make sure it fit the vehicle perfectly. Only after confirming everything worked did he cut the actual key. It's a thoughtful extra step that shows he genuinely cares about doing the job right the first time and avoiding costly mistakes. He has a great attitude, positive energy, excellent communication, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. The convenience of having a mobile service that comes to you is another huge plus. There's a reason he has such high Yelp ratings. Support small businesses like this--you won't be disappointed.
