The salesperson as well as the estimator that came to my house said that they take great care in protecting valuable items. I also asked, and it was confirmed that my white, upholstered sofas and chairs be shrink wrapped to keep them from getting soiled. This is what happened: it was like they took my antique pieces, put them in a dump truck and dumped it into the moving truck. NO protection at all! They stacked carved mahogany chairs one on top of the other! ( see attached pic) . My white sofa cushions were tossed in the truck cab . My furniture was DESTROYED! The sofa cushions in the truck cab are filthy. Two Men and a Truck admitted fault and offered a ridulous low ball settlement. I paid TWICE the amount to Two Men and a Truck then I was quoted by another REPUTABLE moving company so that I would have a dedicated truck for my belongings only- it was a waste of money-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ruin your furniture and not compensate you to replace. All they do is keep repeating about "policies and procedures" and refuse a fair settlement. BEWARE!

They are the only company out of the 5 that I contacted to have the fully web/mobile capable quote system that make the planning easy. Corey was on top of things - follow up was timely and excellent. The 3 guys who actually did the move were experienced movers - I could simply tell by watching them how they prepared the items, handle the furniture and large and small items. Also, by looking at the inside the truck - how they packed things for easy retrieval, were a good sign. They are very careful not to break things but at the same time, move things quickly to get the job down within the initial quote. They moved 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo contents from downtown Sarasota to a house that is 40 minutes away in Myakka. Very pleased with the results. I would definitely hire them again.
