You can really tell she loves what she does and truly cares about the animals she takes care of. I'm so thankful for everyone there and everything they did for my dog. Previously I had a really good relationship with my vet but that at all took a nasty turn when they failed surgery and mishandled my 20lb dog right in front of me. I was asking them to accountability but thats when they started to give me corporate tactics. I was left with no guidance on a Friday and I started to make calls to any clinic that was open. Thankfully, I ran into Cali Mesa as they were open late enough for me to rush my dog to them and get test done on my dog. When I arrived I was pleasantly please to see Kathy. Kathy has foreseen the double eye surgery to my personal dog Ganon before. Not only was I impressed with Kathy's care for my dog but with her handling as well. So when I saw that Kathy was there, my heart instantly became at peace because I knew I was somewhere where they genuinely care about animals. There I met Dr.Morko who helped my dog peach and run the test needed to figure out what was wrong with my dog. Dr.Morko was very knowledgeable and kind. I loved his work so much I ended up bringing all my other dogs with me. I own 4 cocker spaniels and a 140lbs cane corso. Not only did Dr.Morko welcome my dogs into his care but Kathy showed me a new way to handle my 140lbs cane Corso and I'm a professional dog trainer. Kathy gave me handling instructions that I followed and it helped me keep my 140lb corso calm while they extracted his anal gland. Over all the entire staff has been great. Everyone at the front office has been so helpful with me and all my dogs. When you speak to them, you know you're in a facility where there's high quality care and knowledge people working there. My cat is traumatized, hiding under the bed. my cat is Crying why? because when I walked in the back even though the lady told me I couldn't go back there. I did it anyways, and I found a bunch of them holding her down and ganging up on her and I just said get your hands off my pet and I'm gonna take her home. At least I saved her from being tortured to death from these monsters. All the one star reviews are true, even if it's an emergency is better that they just die peacefully at home then be tortured to death. UPDATE:: My cat seems fine..today.. We weren't sure she was gonna make it. That's when I'm sure I became a huge pain in the butt for the staff. I would visit my dog daily. I had millions of questions. I didn't want to leave my dog. Every time I showed up I was treated kind and respectful. Every question I would ask was answered. Because of COVID-19 you cannot go inside. The staff made it so I could still visit my dog. Darlene and the crew would bring my dog out along with a blanket so we could sit in the grass and spend time together. Tina was always helpful, she was so pleasant, and an absolute joy!!! I'd have to say if it wasn't for her I probably would have a train wreck showing up every day. Levi was also helpful and knowledgeable he seemed to really love the animals. Darlene was a true professional. She knows what she is doing. It seems as though Darlene lives for these animals and this career is truly her calling. There were 2 other people that I interacted with and I didn't catch names. To the lady who had to take my money and watch me cry I'm sorry for spilling my feeling out on your shoulders. Thank you for listening. The guy that had the horrible duty of telling me it was time to bring my dog back in had the most caring and compassionate way of ending my visit so she could get back on her antibiotics and get some rest Thank you for being so kind to me. I could go on and on about how well I was treated. If you can treat me this well I can only imagine how well my dog was taken care of. A few days after bringing my dog home I was showing the X-ray films to a radiologist/ friend and he was impressed that they were able to save my dog. He said by the looks of the films she was probably in really bad shape and I am lucky to still have her. JOB WELL DONE!!! Why didn't lower the Stars from two to last, I wanted to express something that I just learned that has me extremely frustrated. Our dog has been taken pill twice a day for the past number of years for skin condition. Now this was diagnosed properly and has definitely helped. My frustration stems from the fat that I just learned that this medication does not require a prescription that I've been forced to get and take my dog in for an exam regularly paying additional on money. The medication is "animal biome skin rescue". Due to issues with the veterinarian at animal medical Center of Redlands (Dr. Cain), we changed vets to one that has been around in the current location since the 1960s and I used to take our animals too when I was a child. They've done a fantastic job and have a very caring staff and medical staff. When I went down to get a prescription this medication, this is where I found out that it's over the counter and does not require a witten prescription. If for any reason I'm asked to give one when ordering the medications online, they let me know that I wouldn't need it, so they just made the refills PRN, which means in medical terminology " as needed". This gives me the ability to retain the prescription for as long as I need and not have to go in and get some sort of false exam and be charged another 40 to $50 and use the prescription if for some reason I need one. It's really sad because we used animal medical Center in Redlands for decades. Ever since Dr. Burch has retired, it seems like the new medical staff has really brought down the quality. So sad to see this because Dr. Burch is an amazing man and we really loved having him care for our animals for so many years.

Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs.
