I booked a 24" pontoon for Father's Day & it was an absolutely wonderful experience, from start to finish! I inquired online and was called back within a day or two (can't recall). I put down a $100 deposit and received a confirmation email (and a reminder email a couple of days before the trip). Upon check in, the staff was very thorough & helpful. They brought a golf cart up the hill to help with our large cooler, unloaded all of our stuff into the boat & showed the "captain" everything he needed to know. They were also very helpful with unloading and instructions to park it so they could fill up on gas, etc. We tried tipping the older gentleman who was helping all the customers but he requested I give it to the high school boy who was driving the golf cart. Such nice people and all very appreciative of our business. We will be back for sure! The actual lake was so clean and gorgeous, very little traffic. It was the first time in my life I was comfortable swimming in a lake because I could see down at least 10 feet! This experience was all around excellent and we will be back soon to rent another boat and take it out for the day. (Also, the cost is about $100 less than in Nashville, depending on the boat, where the lakes are crowded and not clean) Couple of things I forgot: They also helped fit our 7 year old for a kids life jacket and opened up our personal tubes and inflated them for us, free of charge. They also have a nice store with drinks, snacks, all sorts of other necessities and accessories for the lake and camping. read more

Amazing customer service. The guys that work the dock are funny, kind and helpful. Ask for golf cart help if you need it to lug your coolers or your gear. We loved our boat but our anchor was not long enough to truly stay anywhere safe. We coasted for quite a bit on and off and then attempted to anchor here and there. Found some good spots to swim. After your trip, you will settle up on gas and be on your way. Only critical info for someone that may need it- anyone with a walking handicap might find it difficult to get down to this marina. The hill downward is quite steep. read more

Came out for a day on the lake and rented a pontoon. Not only were we helped getting started from the staff, but a big storm came in and we had to end our day early; the staff helped us unload in the rain and get everything up to our vehicles. We recently rented a pontoon and had a great great experience. Martin was such a nice guy and really took good care of us!!! He is super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were set and ready to go. We tipped him on the way in and on the way out and both times he refused until I forced it upon him. You could tell his appreciation and apprehension was 100% genuine! Also, the girl who was behind the cash register was equally as nice. I wish I had gotten her name but she was a gem also. She was super sweet and very helpful. Their customer service is fantastic and should never be understated! read more

Rented the three bedroom cabin for three nights and a pontoon boat one day from Hidden Harbor. All the staff were super nice. The cabin was fine. Expectations were not too high given the price point. It had a flat screen and satellite, which is a requirement for my family and I for evening entertainment. It was clean and came with a bonus; it had wireless. The fridge was leaking water from somewhere and the TV would cut itself off and on for about ten minutes before you could ever get it to stay on. I reported both these issues and I'm sure they will fix them. One thing you should know is that the cabins are NOT secluded nor do they have a view of the lake. They are situated in the middle of the campground. The pontoon rental was a nice well maintained boat. If your staying the night you better bring every little thing with you because there is nothing at all close by for supplies. read more

I unintentionally left a prescription on a boat that we rented here. Instead of them calling the person that had the boat reservation, once they found the prescription, calling the 800 number on the label that specially says "federal law prohibits transfer of this drug to any person other than the patient for whom prescribed, if found call 303-XXX-XXXX or 866-XXX-XXXX" or at the very least, locking them in a safe of office until someone called for them, they opted to THROW THEM IN THE GARBAGE! I'm flabbergasted. Just spoke to Brian and learned that they threw away my prescription. Can't get it refilled for 3 more weeks. Harbor Marina, you can't say "sh!t" on their dock but they will happily throw away your needed prescription without batting an eye. So much for southern hospitality! read more

We rented a double decker pontoon with slide for our family of 14 (kids and adults)...had the best time! They had wheelbarrows available to help with all our supplies, they offered to fill up our inner tubes and were we unbelievably polite! We had a great day on the lake! When we returned, they unloaded the boat for us and then drove us up to our cars in their golf carts. We were really happy! Thank you again and we will be back! read more

Very nice and clean Marina. The people that run the Marina are very courteous and helpful. Lee S. must of hit the marina on a bad day. The woman that helped me out was a very nice person and I will return to rent another boat from her again in the near future. The boat I rented had a few minor issues but they did what they could to make it right. The boat also came with a anchor. What I've found out about renting boats is they are not going to be perfect...so hang in there. If you can get away during the week do it. There was hardly anyone on the lake. We pulled a tube around for almost 5 hours and saw very few other boats. We also found coves on a couple of occasions to drop anchor and hang out in the water and have lunch that we brought with us. read more
