Nice enough, but no amenities were open because we went during off season. Very old park that's quite outdated and needs quite a bit of renovation. The front desk staff was very nice and she explained that the clubhouse was being remodeled and that there was only one dumpster available to us, once again, with it being off-season. Quite a few single wide trailers that are used during on season by regular residents that sat empty, the center area was reserved for trailers, it seemed. Like I said, it's okay.

As a fulltime rver without a piece of land to park my rv, I had bought a, "Thousand Trails", membership as well as,"The Trails Collection", to give me a wide variety of coast to coast parks to choose from while I travel around the USA. The COVID-19 outbreak has changed all this for the month of April. Now we must all avoid close contact with other people to keep this deadly virus from spreading like wildfire. Foothill Village RV Resort is a clean, quiet RV resort with many amenities. The pool and whirlpool were literally sparkling. The provided BBQ's were wonderful and convenient. Extra care was taken in the bathrooms for cleanliness. Our RV spot was large with a nice patio area. The Encore RV corporation should use this campground as an example of what all campgrounds should do to insure a pleasant stay! We have been seasonal for the last three years. In the last year management changed, and if it…read morewasn't for the wonderful people who stay here, we wouldn't recommend this park. The new manager has locked all the gates going to the big dog park, where they don't clean or weed, has also has a padlock. Most residents prefer to use it as it is sand. The new dog park is smaller and has a kitty litter base, which also doesn't get cleaned, but it irritates the paws. They expanded the storage area, the chain link has not been stretched to be tight, have added a screen, so it acts like a wind sock with rattles. I used to brag about this park and encourage friends to check it out. Now we have weeds everywhere and garbage blowing around, and the so called maintenance is nearly useless. Fingers crossed that all this changes.
