My friend had a plate of nachos. Healthy servings. For dessert we shared the Sopapilla, enough for two and that ice cream to die for. Highly recommend

There were 8 people in our group and they ended up seating us outside which wasn't a problem as it was warm and sunny. Once seated our server took our drink order quickly and followed up shortly with taking an order for appetizers. Which also came out fairly quickly. Our server then took our entree orders. He returned three or four times to replenish/refill drinks for the females in our group but ignored me and the other male in our group, until we asked for a refill. Our entree's took about 20 - 25 minutes to come out and there were several minutes between the first and last to make it to the table. In the business district of the town where most of their lunchtime weekday customers are workers on lunch break they need to be getting the food out the kitchen quicker. As for the food presentation was nice. Everyone's dishes looked really fresh and appetizing. Two of our team had the shrimp taco's and they was so much moisture in them they ended up eating them with a knife and fork. Another two on our team had the Quesabirria. They said it tasted good but had more cheese than Burria. As for my own dish, I had the poblanos with steak, which is three enchiladas covered in a poblano sauce with a side of rice. The portion was a reasonable size but the steak was chewy and while it wasn't bad the poblano sauce just didn't impress me. It was just plain in flavor, with not much poblano flavor. Like I mentioned earlier we were seated outside. I was about two thirds the way through my meal and found a small black hair in the sauce. Where we were sat was pretty breezy so I cannot say if the hair came with my meal or if it was blown onto my food, but it was not the best end to what I would call a lackluster meal.

I ordered the chile relleno and my friend ordered a tamale and some chicken taquitos. My friend endorses the taquitos and reported that they were flavorful and crunchy. Salsa and chips are complimentary and the salsa was pretty decent. The tamale was okay, but not the best she or I have ever had. As far as the chile relleno goes, the salsa was flavorful, but the batter was pretty soggy all around. The rice was flavorful and had a great texture to it, though the frijoles refritos tasted like they were possibly from a can or mass-produced. The beans felt and looked like soup. I also noticed that the shredded cheese placed on top of both the chile y tamale was not melted. When reheated, the cheese held its position. Several birthday parties were being celebrated in the restaurant while we were there, and the staff and owner made sure that the birthday party crowds were celebrated by clapping and singing which was sweet and made the whole place feel festive! I intend to go back and try some other dishes to determine if some authenticity shines through other dishes/plates.

We had reservations for 6 on a Saturday. We were seated quickly and drink orders taken. They have a great Menu of cocktails and beers. I ordered the quesadilla which came with a green sauce, beans and rice. The beans and rice were standard and the quesadilla with al pastor was ok. The meat did have some gristle and could have been seasoned more. The flan was very good! Everyone else really enjoyed their food. Service was outstanding. We look forward to returning.

After a quick elevator ride up to the second floor of the building, the entrance to Taco is very quaint and welcoming. They have a very nice patio area with about 5 tables that overlooks the Main Street that runs through downtown Springdale. We were seated inside, and served very quickly. The queso dip was absolutely amazing, and the margarita flight was an absolute banger. The reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the aisle size and not being the most kid friendly. The aisles are quite thin and we got bumped a few times by passing patrons.
