You must first purchase a $1 reusable/reloadable Royal credit/debit card (using cash or credit). It works only on their clean, neat, late-model washers and dryers. The staff member who greeted me first was named Brie and was especially helpful -- checking on my progress and offering to help, if necessary, a couple of times.
