I am not disputing the load being over the limit. I called about the difference between wet weight and dry weight. They discounted 1/2 ton for wet weight. The fine print that I signed said that overages would be $55.00/ton. I was charged $62/ton. I called to ask about difference and was told that their invoices had not been updated.

The gentleman who brought it was contracted out of another city and he was the one who told me in route it was the 30 ft one when I ordered a 10. There was no communication between the company and the contracted agency. It was a fiasco and I still felt they were not taking responsibility.
