If you have a return from Amazon, be sure to print the label at home. This is the first time I've…read moreexperienced this, but this location will charge you a fee to print the actual packing slip and require you to email them the QR code they stick to the box. This is not the case if you were using Fedex down the street. The Fedex process is much easier. Walk-in and hand them the box and show them the QR code on your phone in which they will scan and you're on your way. Maybe it's because UPS stores are third-party. I'm not really sure but at UPS you will have to email them and they will charge you a fee to do so. It seems like with the technology that exists. It would just be easier for UPS to simply add it into their original cost of shipping instead of the two inconveniences of one having to pay more and then having to send an email when a scan should be sufficient. If their competitors can do it, they should be able to.

I have to agree with another reviewer, Braxton H. from Aug. 20, 2025…read more She said what I exactly what I came to write, but probably better. I was helped by Josie behind the printing counter. She could not have been more helpful, kind or patient and she was a life saver today. I made a point of letting the manager know that I thought she was incredible. I watched her handle everyone with grace, and that even included someone who threw a loud rude tantrum at her because the printer was broken and she lost 89 cents. I thought that kind of stuff only happened on TikTok. I got some real perspective about being in someone else's shoes. As for me, I was extremely grateful today to have a local Staples and Josie there to be of such help today. Thank you.
