This includes my follow ups with corporate…read more They rented away my truck and a back up they told me I could get that was rented out just before I was going to settle for the smaller truck. Trust me, they got a pickup time wrong but my deposit was paid already! I can't believe they cost me this much and could care less on all levels about the incident that left my hanging the day before I needed to move. The run around and uncertainty of reserved rentals should be enough to not waste your time or money trusting this company and especially the management at this location. I hope nobody ever gets left hanging like this again. Use budget. They are very customer service friendly.

I asked what that was and was told it was just in case the door people have to fix or repair dry wall. We were told that we could request this money back from installers so we called multiple times, but could not get a response. When we didn't get response called home depot for help getting money back. Received a prompt call back but still have not gotten refund. I assume that because the installers weren't able to get additional payments from clients they just tack this on to everyone now but don't make good when they do not have to mess with dry wall. I hope it is not them trying to take advantage of old people. I need my money back.
