I just went there and there was 10 cars there and everybody gets to the door and they're closed because the system's down. I mean this is an ongoing thing it happens all the time. Nothing against the hard workers just need to get to the bottom of what's going on man and fixed it so people are not stuck in there when they're been working all day and they've got to spend a half hour in the freaking convenience store when it's supposed to be convenient.

On a couple occasions, prescriptions were mixed up and immediately the pharmacist called me and said there's a problem, you shouldn't do this, you shouldn't take this with that and you need to contact your doctor to make sure that this is what you're supposed to take. They're always extremely busy, but I appreciated the time and effort it took for the pharmacist to catch an error that could have possibly caused a problem for my health. They're always very professional very friendly and very busy. I believe that they care about their customers and their health cause I'm sure I'm not the only one that they've caught a mistake. They said reminders on prescriptions that need to be filled or when it's close to time to being refilled. The store is always very neat and clean the staff members usually there's one or two they're always friendly and very helpful. I like this particular Walgreens on Hudson Avenue store number 04400 because they are friendly and treat you like they've known you forever. Very well trained staff.

Then the screen told me to "pay inside" SO, I went inside, bought a drink and a few snacks and paid for my gas on my credit card. Then I walked back out to pump the gas, and the pump said it had already been pumped. I tried several time unsuccessfully to reset the pump to no avail. I went back in and asked what was the issue. The clerk said he didn't know, but it was showing that the gas had been pumped. It most certainly had not I said because my truck was still on empty and I had to get on the freeway ramp. He told me to go out and put the pump handle back into the pump and he would try to reset it. ~ NOTHING ! He wasn't going to do anything soo I made him call his boss. He explained the situation to his boss who told him to tell me "TOO BAD, there is nothing we can do!" I called the police and they said it was a civil matter and that I could "sue them" Against my will I pulled to another pump and used my card to put $10 in so I could get far enough down the road to fill up elsewhere {which this pump took the card} Not only was this TERRIBLE customer service, but their attitude made it even worse !
