I liked that they had self-checkouts for easy purchasing, especially in a rush. The people there were nice, and the White Monster had no problems and tasted good. But it's busy, and they have mobile orders, so I understand the long waiting time. I can honestly say that since they've opened, Wawa has become a staple in our lives. I figured they'd collect money when my food was made. So I'm standing there for 10 minutes. No food, people were getting food after I came in and they were gone. Finally I asked someone where my food was. They said, oh you have to pay first. You think they tell you there and I said there's no sign here that told me I was supposed to go over the register and pay first and then come back and wait for my food. But I went ahead and paid for my food came back picked up my food and headed out. I opened my egg container to see some sort of slop. The eggs were wet with uncooked egg juice that tasted absolutely disgusting! I was running even later or I would have gone back. I think the eggs were those powdered fake egg mixture. It was horrible! I checked the sub and ate part of it. It wasn't bad but I heard their food was made with fake meat or that lab grown meat. I do not recommend anyone eating Wawa food. It was gross and nasty. I will never go back to any Wawa. Later I called the store to complain and was told to leave my number and I'd hear from a manager. No one called. No refund offered.

A clerk had a strap blocking the Men's bathroom. He undid it and said we do that after we mop. I thought wow nice clean floor and bathroom. That was until I opened the stall door there was crap all over the toilet!! How do you mop the floor and not notice the poop on the toilet? Also there was hardly any toilet paper. If the "s" at the end of restrooms in the sign leads you to believe there is more than one restroom, you'd be wrong. Big mistake, and now you're already here. Pack a lunch and get ready to wait in line, a line that ends in a dirty bathroom where you may lose the aforementioned lunch thanks to a medley of sights and smells that have to be experienced to be believed.

TERRIBLE ~ UNBELIEVABLE !!!…read more I pulled up to the pump, and it was old and would not read my card. I tried TWO separate credit cards. Then the screen told me to "pay inside" SO, I went inside, bought a drink and a few snacks and paid for my gas on my credit card. Then I walked back out to pump the gas, and the pump said it had already been pumped. I tried several time unsuccessfully to reset the pump to no avail. I went back in and asked what was the issue. The clerk said he didn't know, but it was showing that the gas had been pumped. It most certainly had not I said because my truck was still on empty and I had to get on the freeway ramp. He told me to go out and put the pump handle back into the pump and he would try to reset it. ~ NOTHING ! He wasn't going to do anything soo I made him call his boss. He explained the situation to his boss who told him to tell me "TOO BAD, there is nothing we can do!" I called the police and they said it was a civil matter and that I could "sue them" Against my will I pulled to another pump and used my card to put $10 in so I could get far enough down the road to fill up elsewhere {which this pump took the card} Not only was this TERRIBLE customer service, but their attitude made it even worse !
