I was extremely nervous about taking him because he is very afraid of everything and up until that point had not had any issues going in for his cleanings. I was nervous that this would make him afraid to go to the dentist but he went through the whole procedure like it was nothing because Dr. John and Ms. Claudia made him feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. I can't say enough good things about this office.

We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)

The new office is beautifully decorated with old video game machines in the waiting area to huge b&w murals in the main area. It feels fresh and modern. Mansour always walks through the process very thoroughly with you and your kids. The techs are great at that too and have an epic amount of patience. My oldest required two rounds of braces and had minimal pain thanks to Mansour not rushing the teeth like some other places do. I love how he makes this a positive experience for my boys as I don't want them forming any negative thoughts about orthodontist or dentist.

Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.

Scam. Do not go to this office!! Booked my daughter and the yelp reviews were decent 4 months…read morelater and the truth has come out. My child had been going to a very good pediatric dentist with absolutely no issues with her teeth and her visits would be fully covered by insurance. We go to this dentist and magically her teeth have issues and I now have a bill because what they did isn't covered. No one told me that would be the case while I was there. And I would have never approved an additional procedure. I've called to get an itemized bill to show me what they did that was not covered and no one will call me back. But they will keep sending me generic bills in the mail asking for payment. Save your money and time.
