I just recently moved to Saint Cloud and needed to have my upper denture repaired. I called and scheduled an appointment and was seen in a timely manner.  I'm 93 years old,  had a hip replacement and have trouble moving around.  The x-ray machine was in a tiny room.  I struggled to get in but finally did. When brought into the exam room, the tech didn't even raise the chair knowing my daughter & son in law had mentioned my  hip replacement. When I got to the room,  the dentist was excellent and did take this time to explain the process and cost. Afterwards, we were directed to Christine who provided different options of paying and/or financing the treatment plan.  Everything was great, so far!  They charged $274 for the initial consultation and xray which I found overly expensive but paid and left the practice.  Unfortunately, not many places nearby accept Medicare insurance near my home. Due to the cost & living on a fixed income, I decided to get a 2nd opinion 1 day later from Ideal Dental in Lake Nona, they didn't  accept my insurance, either BUT only charged $35 for the consult which included the Xray. I was told to request X-rays taken at Aspen Dental at the time of my visit to avoid having X-rays again. The following morning,  I called Aspen & spoke to Alyssa who advised that I needed to complete & sign an authorization to Release Protected Health Information when my daughter has a Power of Attorney over me. My daughter completed the form and sent it back within minutes of completing it.  After calling multiple times and asking if xrays coud be picked up, NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO THE EMAILS. This is   completely unprofessional and unacceptable with the amount of money they got paid.  I have every right to obtain a copy of my xrays.   The document they had me complete states the following:  "Patients are NOT required to complete an authorization to receive a copy of their own records".  Apparently, no one at this office read the verbiage. I'm including a copy of the form with the highlighted verbiage specifying such. The 1 star reviews are real!  Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my money with this office!  STAY AWAY!

We go to this dentist and magically her teeth have issues and I now have a bill because what they did isn't covered. No one told me that would be the case while I was there. And I would have never approved an additional procedure. I've called to get an itemized bill to show me what they did that was not covered and no one will call me back. But they will keep sending me generic bills in the mail asking for payment. Save your money and time.

I did a root canal & 2 crowns along with Invisalign & WOW no discomfort & teeth straight as an arrow. I have 3 missing teeth aswell & will be doing my implants with Dr Parr. My wife has also got a crown & 2 implants already done with Dr Parr and she has NO complications & NO pain. Her 2 implants look perfect & match her smile perfectly. After the prep, I had severe pain that lasted over a week, waking me up at night and radiating into my jaw and temple. After multiple visits and minimal relief from bite adjustments, I was told I suddenly needed TWO root canals. After the procedures, I developed intense, sharp pain to any cold liquid--every sip caused searing pain for several seconds. When I went back, the response was another quick bite adjustment and a prescription. No real investigation, no clear answers, no additions X-rays or reviewing of possible causes aside from "everything gets irritated after procedures, take some meds." The care felt rushed and impersonal the entire time. I expressed dental anxiety upfront and never felt heard or taken seriously. More just another number in the day of patients. I will never go back to this practice. I would not recommend this office if you're looking for thorough care or a dentist who actually takes time to understand what's going on. Now I have to go to an Endodontist (which I should have gone to in the first place for a second opinion) to most likely get a retreatment root canal. This guy is NOT THOROUGH, do not go here.

His wife is often working in the office, as there seems to be new receptionists every time I go there - as well as assistants. I think they have a hard time keeping employees. I was extremely stressed with tooth pain - I thought I might be grinding my teeth because I have been the caretaker for my husband who has cancer. I tried to explain my symptoms and issue to Dr Craig, but he wouldn't even listen. He started rambling about his Hawaii surfing vacation where he stayed in a multimillion dollar condo. The new office is beautifully decorated with old video game machines in the waiting area to huge b&w murals in the main area. It feels fresh and modern. Mansour always walks through the process very thoroughly with you and your kids. The techs are great at that too and have an epic amount of patience. My oldest required two rounds of braces and had minimal pain thanks to Mansour not rushing the teeth like some other places do. I love how he makes this a positive experience for my boys as I don't want them forming any negative thoughts about orthodontist or dentist.
