Very nice facility. I took my son and grand children for an afternoon of games, golf and carting. My older kids go in with a group of younger kids and as a result (as per state law I now understand) the smallest child dictates the speed, in this case the lowest speed. The older ones were very disappointed that they had to do the course at a snails pace when they were expecting some thrills. I spoke to the manager (Greg), who, upon listening to my story, agreed to comp the boys. another ride. Yay for a manager who has problem solving skills and understands customer relations. We will be back again with more kids and more fun.

It is always fun coming to Hickory Falls. They offer plenty of arcade games and they all work. I do agree with one review that the prices for the games has gone up over the years and the ticket payout out isn't always the greatest but they do have a good variety to choose from. They have laser tag and virtual reality, one suggestion I would have is that the parts that are handled, be wiped down after use. I picked up my laser tag vest and the gun felt sweaty and gross. The other recommendation is to have a proper walkway to the picnic table area. It is odd to have to walk on the mini golf turf.

We had a fun time here. Everything was clean and the kids had a great time. We played all we could for the day. The prizes for the games were all gone, so hopefully they'll get them replenished soon. They have a Rita's inside too.

I brought my 12 and 13-year-old boys here and they enjoyed it for an hour or so. They have a small arcade, electric indoor go carts that are surprisingly somewhat fast on that small indoor loop. They also have a large enough 3 level laser tag. Fun for about an hour or so...

    Indoor game for kids awesome

Great place to entertain kids specially during winter time, their indoor games are fantastic and arcade as well. Price for indoor is good $6 per kid. Definitely I will bring my nephews back again for summer for their outdoor mini golf. Outside view is so country and beautiful very clean

We typically would do their Christmas Train, and rarely got back to Lancaster in the warmer months. As soon as I planned my latest summer trip, I knew it had to be on the itinerary. This place has it all from gigantic slides to gold mining sluice areas to a mini kids village that mine couldn't get enough of from the mini vet office to the drive in theater. It was really impressive. From here, you can make your way up the hill where there is a restaurant, a coffee kiosk with a delicious coconut water cold brew (wild!), and plenty of shaded sections with swinging chairs. You'll find paintball, basketball, skee ball, a pedal cart for the family, launching devices. I mean, there is a lot! The place is large so it never felt overly crowded. Come with water bottles. Even with the shaded sections it gets hot. They have water fountains by the bathrooms.

We spent hours at the farm, and could have stayed even longer. My kids loved everything from the large corn maze to the swings to the games to the playground equipment to the large sandbox filled with corn. My kids were 4 and 6 during our visit, but the farm can easily accommodate older or younger. Two notes; 1. The bathrooms in the back of the farm are new & super clean. 2. Don't feel pressure to purchase the add ones (apple chucking and paintball) - those sections are towards the back of the farm and easily avoidable. There was a variety of food options - a few standard theme park options along with specialty options like homemade ice cream.

Here are 3 things that made the park a horrible experience. 1) The staff at the ride pass counter snapped at my kids after we were waiting in line for 30 minutes just to get wristbands. We bought all day passes online. We arrive at the park and had to wait in a long chaotic line just to get our ride pass in the form of wristbands. We get to the counter and the staff lady is obviously rushed. She's trying to put wristbands on my kids. One of them gets distracted and not paying attention. She snaps at her to get her wrist which was terrible. This park needs to shorten the wait lines for the passes and train staff to be more patient with kids. 2) A staff at the helicopter ride for toddlers and young kids kept constantly yelling at kids to get off a fence. We were waiting in line for this ride with a bunch of other kids with their parents, and the staff lady operating the ride started yelling at the young kids who were standing on a fence because they couldn't see the ride over the fence. They were not tall enough to fall over to the other side nor heavy enough to damage it. The park needs to train staff to not yell at kids from across the ride. The lady should walk over since she didn't even start the ride, and speak respectfully to the kids or their parents to get them to step down from the fence. The constant yelling was demeaning, lazy, and unprofessional. 3) At the last ride of the night, the staff refused access to my wife and 1.5 year old son because the supervisor decided to close the ride a few minutes early. I was waiting in line with my 3 older kids and we wanted to enjoy this last ride together as a family and it was completely ruined because the staff arbitrarily decided to cut the time short even though it was not closing time yet. It was close to 9pm and we were all tired and I didn't want to argue with the staff so we let it go but I spoke to the staff after the ride ended she just kept blaming her supervisor and kept saying it was past 9pm when my wife and knew it was not because I was watching my phone until she arrived. She had to push the stroller to a safe spot and unstrap my son out of the stroller but after all that, the staff just rejected her appeal. It was so callous and cold hearted of her to do that. It was very mean and rude. I'm so ANGRY with how this staff treated my wife and son. This park needs to train its staff to correctly read the time, follow its own rules, and treat parents and kids with a better attitude.

I'm not a roller coaster rider but I do get on rides. I get on mellow rides lol. We probably got on at least six non roller coaster rides that were very enjoyable. Also saw a seal show. That was quite entertaining. It also wasn't rushed. Probably lasted at least 30-40 minutes. Oh and the price also includes the zoo. We were here during the springtime. I would love to come back during the summer to explore some of the other activities available such as the water park and other options. This really was fun and we also paid for one meal plan. It included one main course, one side and a fountain drink or bottle of water for $19.99. All tickets were pre-purchased online. One recommendation. Pre-purchase your parking online as well. We didn't do that and we went for upclose parking. It was pretty expensive. $60 to be exact. We could have saved if we had purchased it online. So we know the next time. General parking was $35 and they had a trolley to take you to the park. So the choice is yours. I would definitely return again. Can't wait!!!

Trains (rollercoasters) often went up with empty seats, all the while 50,000 people are waiting for 90 minutes just to get the chance to experience it. I'm sure you could add a line in there just for solo-riders who could complete those random single empty seats that go up each ride that were just waiting to be occupied. Then, when you do finally make it up close enough that you can see the loading dock, there is a HP person there with the wooden stick for kids... Some kids are being booted out at that point, after they've already waited for 90 minutes, only to find out they're going to be booted out anyway because they're not tall enough. Put those HP people at the Entrance into the ride instead of making all potential kids stand and wait in line and ruining their day when they could be spending that extra time experiencing other attractions. The Bumper Cars - there never used to be an island in the middle of it, and so the experience with that was much more exciting when you had free reign to drive anywhere, but now with this island and being forced to go around in circles, it takes all the excitement out of the experience and purpose of those vehicles anyway. Overall, service(s) were very slow, very minimal, and very lackadaisical. I have to say, after experiencing this first hand, I am not at all "Hersheypark Happy".

The bumper cars broke multiple times during our visit, ever time we were in line. They also had a recent incident with their sky ride getting stuck and guests had to be rescued. Lakemont Park used to have a seemingly random assemblage of portable rides which were still fun to ride. The whole atmosphere was that of a carnival-meets-dive-bar (the good kind of dive bar). But now the rides are no more, the coasters are still standing but not operating, and all that remains basically are batting cages and mini golf. Well as long as we were there, we figured we'd try the batting cages (I hit quite a few of line drives). But in short, there's no there anymore. And it was strange to see the two coasters standing there silent. Leap-the-Dips is the oldest coaster in North America and the only side-friction coaster. It's my second-favorite after Kennywood's Phantoms Revenge and half the fun of riding it was wondering whether this old, over-grown pile of Tinkertoys would collapse as you were riding it. By the way, it is a National Historic Landmark and the operator of Lakemont must keep it standing and in operable condition. But the money's not there. As for the Skyliner it's a fun vintage wooden coaster. It gave you a great view of the adjacent ballpark, and vice versa. The train had an "Altoona Curve" sign on its side, which was plainly visible from the ballpark.
