We usually book suites and it's like having our own apartments. Even before the upgrades this was the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in. The furniture is clean and comfortable and the beds are so relaxing. The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered. Almost always when we check in Yvette is at the counter. She greets us like we are old friends. (which by now we are) Even the breakfast attendants know us by name and are always excited that we have returned. The fitness center has all the equipment I need to continue my daily workouts while traveling. I even got my brother to stay here when he was traveling through.

They said it didn't matter due to the policy. They said I probably booked through a third party, which I didn't. They finally called a manager. She said the manager asked if I looked "sketchy" and she said "No" and that's why I got to finally check in. By the way, this was the night of my daughter's wedding. They also didn't hold her reservation. I don't like to beg for a hotel room I've booked.

We were in room 223, so thankfully we were near to the elevators. We didn't even hear when people were out by the elevators, but I could clearly hear the guests next to us. Secondly, the bathroom includes bath/shower products plus hand soap and lotion, which is a plus, because that's provided less thing to pack. However, the toilet was too low! My 70-year old mother and I are both 5'4. She recently had knee and hip surgery, so she decided to squat over the toilet. I sat but hurt my knees using the toilet. Thankfully, my husband didn't come. He's 6'4, he would have had a very hard time. They need to install bars next to the toilet. Also the tub floor was slippery - again, mother with recent hip and knee surgery... that was not good!

The rooms themselves are above average with great beds and linens, in-room fridges and all the things you'd expect. Again, very clean, very tidy. There's also a buffet breakfast and dinner that are available. Both were better than I would have expected. Biscuits and gravy, sausages, eggs, pancakes...all the good breakfast items. The dinners included taco night, bbq, pasta, and some others I'm struggling to remember. All the food was great and it was really convenient to be able to get those meals without leaving the hotel. Additionally there's a soda fountain machine and popcorn available in the lobby. Overall a pretty solid experience at a well run hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

He has the best smile, I'm actually writing a review right now because I was thinking about that smile and what a wonderful time we had there.
