The parking area was clean and level. If I was here in the evening, I would definitely consider staying here as I didn't see any signs limiting how long parking is permitted. He even broke out some board games to pass the time. The whole experience was made best by his adorable pair of cats, the Berry Brothers, as he affectionately called them. I would 10/10 highly recommend Eric's Place to anyone who asked. But especially unproblematic single men. The only reason it did not get a 5th star is because, in exchange for staying there, he made me do 3 whole days of hard physical labor. But hey, free is free!

But most important to note is the staff. Yes they are full of knowledge. Yes they are very helpful. But most of all the are full of Souther Hospitality. Heather, who works in the gift shop is the most shining example of this. She could not possibly be more helpful or more friendly. I highly recommend that you make this your first stop when visiting Henderson and hope Heather is working the day you do.
