I have watched my daughter grow and develop in the Albion family into a highly competitive player who is already being scouted by colleges. Coach Dado in particular as the director has done an incredible job at turning the Albion GA program into a premier youth soccer club that develops and mentors young athletes into highly competitive soccer players. But they also focus on developing the entire players well being by offering free camps to the players to build their confidence and mental well being. When he recently became interested in pursuing an opportunity with another club, I contacted ALBION to discuss his release and whether any portion of the $3000 I had already paid for the upcoming season could be refunded. The CEO contacted me saying he wanted to talk, understand our needs and help. I made multiple attempts to connect with him, including phone calls and coordinating around his availability, but communication was slow and inconsistent while we were trying to make a time-sensitive decision about my son's soccer future. What bothered me most was learning that, before our situation had been resolved and before I had even spoken with the CEO, my son's coach announced to his teammates that he was leaving for another club. My son was not present for the announcement. Once his teammates had already been told he was leaving, he understandably no longer felt comfortable returning to the team. ALBION ultimately took the position that there would be no refund. I understand the club has a written no-refund policy, but after supporting ALBION for nearly nine years, I expected our circumstances to at least be handled with better communication, discretion and professionalism. Youth sports organizations ask families for significant financial and emotional commitments. In return, I believe longtime families deserve timely communication and thoughtful handling when difficult situations arise. Unfortunately, our experience at the end of nearly nine years with ALBION left us very disappointed.

When I tried to sign up it signed my son up for an August camp instead of the June class I had selected. The owner Jen then tells us we cannot switch and charges us a mandatory $50 cancelation fee. There is something really scammy going on here. How can you sign us up for an August camp in the middle of my sons school day then not let us switch to something that we are actually available for? If you look at the website there are entire unhinged paragraphs about charging $50 fees, which apparently gives the owner the right to scam you out of $50. When you talk to her on the phone she is also incredibly hostile and rude. Please save yourself the headache of getting scammed and choose another soccer school, there are plenty of other options out there

What really sets Coach David apart is that he truly takes the time to get to know each player and find out what makes them tick both on and off the field. He came to several of my daughter's club games to see her in action which really helped build trust and foster a stronger relationship.
