This is the letter we sent them spring of 2018: "When you replaced our old driveway summer of 2016, the first problem was immediately apparent when we first saw the work. [We we're away while it was done] The new driveway was perhaps four inches lower than the old driveway!! And yet no one got in touch with us once work began to let us know of this problem and to discuss ways of addressing it. This has meant major grading issues, some of which still have not been resolved. It's hard to imagine how the driveway could simply have been left that way without a word to us. Second, because of negligent clean up by your staff, we found masses of chunks of old driveway in the vegetation along the driveway, which filled several large bags when we cleaned the chunks out. Finally, we have complained to you (summer of 2017) of a new location of puddling in the driveway, and it was suggested that we create channels into the ground take run off. But what has now become clear is that the driveway slopes down from a midpoint towards an area just short of the garage. The water does not puddle against the garage as it used to, but a couple of feet short of it. A drain in the driveway itself would have addressed this and, if put in now, could still address it." This was a terrible job, and the company had no sense of responsibility for it.
