We were helping immediately as soon as we came in the guy even held the door open for us as we brought our tire inside. It was quite busy so we left our tire and went to go get some food and then came back. They even have an area with a vending machine with food in it and an area with a microwave and free coffee while you wait for your car to be fixed. That's kind of cool of you are stuck there and get hungry. Everything is expensive now days, so of course the tire we got was pricy. We got a new tire and for our car, so that's all that matters. I'm going to exercise my first amendment right to freedom of speech The staff at Hibdon tires needed education on customer service .Richard Ignores customers in line while he sits at the computer. Several customers on February 14, 2025 waited 4+ hours inside the Hibdon lobby waiting on their vehicles to be completed. My front in alignment that I had done pulls to the left as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot to go drive my vehicle for the first time bull crap . They didn't even bother to grease my ball joints after I spent over $300. I will go to another Hibdon to getting my services fixed from today . I was never told how long it would take. It took two hours for two tires to be replaced and it took two hours for a front in alignment. Unacceptable. Poor communication . The water at the coffee pot taste like fish disgusting. The bathroom has no soap and the bath room is dirty and Helen gave me the excuse that somebody else supposed to fix it when all you have to do is go to the dollar store and buy a bottle of soap so that customers can wash their hands. Lazy The cold water dispenser was filthy on the outside the overflow tray was overflowing with water and mold. I wonder how much mold is inside of the water dispenser that you can't see. The front door of the building pops open every time the wind blows too hard or when another door in the building moves the front door pops open again and the ceiling tiles jump up and down knocking down shit from the ceiling and dust into customers face and over the coffee pot and water. fix your shit get it together this is 2025. I made an appointment at Hibdons because I had 2 tires that were going flat. When I arrived there were 5 men ahead of me who were all checked in ahead of me even though I had an appointment. I was there 2 1/2 hours and received my car back with still the same tires still flat by the time I got home. I took it to a competitor the next day and the one tire needed replacement. No prior contact was made, in accordance with their email, to inform me of this. What is the purpose of having this function available on your website if it's not honored AND a follow up isn't doin done to inform people when they do make an appointment. I usually give businesses a second chance, which I've done here. First experience took two vehicles one for alignment and one for four new tires. Made an appointment arrived and waited well over an hour for the first car to even move from where I parked. Couldn't really wait at Hibdons seeing they have very limited seating. So I wandered around the area...nothing to see but car dealers and a highway. After a few hours both vehicles were completed. Didn't really understand why it tool so log to get an appointment until today. Today, I again made an appointment, arrived on time, waited about 15 minutes to be seen. When I stated I had an appointment for 9:00, he called me out by name...couldn't have been that many people on the list since he new my name. Then I was told they are busy and they were handling it first come first serve. REALLY. Why bother making an appointment and that they could align my tired but he didn't know when. I waited 5 hrs for them to tell me they wouldn't stand behind they're own work from sending my wheel/rim out to have it fixed 5 yrs ago n I've been going back to them for 5 yrs n 3 tires later they told me it was my rim they can send it out again to have fixed for $150 like I pd last time n they didn't fix it n that's y the tire was ruined again. So I came here after leaving Discount Tire on main street in Del City feeling stressed and overwhelmed and feeling pressured like I had to buy tires from there. So I came in here and showed Leslie a picture of a tire I found on the website and she rung me up for that tire. And started to ask me other questions that I had no idea of the answers because I don't anything about tires because this is my first time having to buy them. So she gave me my invoice and I was texting my daughter and she told me the total and I was like what and I looked at the price and it didn't match so I went back to the desk to see what the issue was and we were talking and Kevin came in our conversation and basically pushed her from in front of her computer and said let me get in here. Then he proceeded to explain that these tires are no longer are available and are discontinued and told me that the tires that were on my invoice were the cheapest and that discount tire probably has a cheaper tire. Then I said I just came from there and I am not going back over there and you are treating me the same way that they are and I started to cry because I was very stressed at this point and told them just to put the tires on my car so I can just leave. The his attitude changed and he offered to take 5% off of the tires which was $7. So then he said the price and I was like what and the other two employees just looked i think we all thought he meant $7 each tire but he meant $3.50 each tire. I was like OH ok I guess it's cheaper, but something must have come over him at that moment because he said let me check how much discount tire cheapest tire is and I will match it and that's what he did plus .20. Worst decision I've ever made using Hibdons I bought a new set of tires , drove 150 miles they started shaking! I was out of town so when I returned I called to have the issue fixed , they said please hold and hung up a couple minutes later! This happened for almost 3 weeks , then once I actually got ahold of someone they said I couldn't make an appointment I had to just come and wait ! So after another couple weeks I finally got an appointment, they balanced my tires and all was good for one day! Now it's back to shaking and my tires are loosing pressure all evenly like it is intentional ! I want different tires ASAP this is ridiculous! read more

Had to go in 3 times spent about 3 thousand dollars for nothing to be fixed. When I went to pick up my car it wouldn't start. Shop mechanics started laughing and joking when I told them my car wasn't starting. When I dropped off my car it wasn't like this. I made an appointment to repair a tire with a leak. (my particular car has no spare, only a can of stop-leak and a small compressor to air the tire up). I appeared for the appointment and the two ladies at the desk were very courteous and my car was taken in for repair of the flat. Soon, one of the ladies told me that they could not plug my tire since a nail was too close to the edge-I looked and the nail was about 3" from the edge of the tire and they said had it been in the middle of the tire it could have been plugged. I read on the internet hat it was corporate policy to not repair tires under certain damage-it is their decision, not the DOT or any other government agency. Since the tire was flat at this point, I had to purchase a new tire in order to get back on the road and there was no point in the new tire purchase other than profit for this tire shop. The bottom line is that if I ever have another flat tire, I am going to a local tire repair shop and they will repair the tire and not try and sell me a new tire-plus, they need my business. I am not going back to Hibdons Tires Plus again, I have bought tires from them for over twenty years and there are more places that sell tires than Hibdons. read more

I really appreciate these guys and gals! I've had the pleasure of two complete tire set purchases and several other service dates with this location, and I've always been treated well. I have particularly enjoyed the willingness of the employees to put together multiple packages to allow me a price/feature comparison prior to purchase. While I have experienced one procedural mistake at the hands of this location's technicians, Kevin B. (manager) was quick to admit the mistake and make it right for me, which hasn't been my experience with other service facilities. I have had nothing but issues with the front of my car since taking my car into them. I've had a slow leak in my front right tire ever since and my car drives funny. Writing this after a year of issues ( car sat in garage for the winter, just took it out yesterday) tire went totally flat after a quick test run. Getting a perfectly good Dunlap tire replaced will prob. Fix my issue is my guess, unless they tampered w something else. read more

I've read the reviews for this store- all claiming good customer service, and that may be true for the two women working the front counter, but that's where it stops. I bought tires from a closed Hibdon location less than a year ago. Those tires came with a 40,000 mile warranty- which I haven't hit yet. After having 3 nails in one tire, I took it in to have a plug and an alignment. After leaving there, my steering wheel shook so vigorously I had issues keeping it in a straight line. I went back the next day, thinking they needed to be balanced to no avail. Even after explaining the situation multiple times, they argued and argued with me telling me I needed to buy 2 new tires. Even with the warranty. I still have 10,000 miles left on said warranty. Still were going to charge me $300 for two new tires. After leaving there, and calling another Hibdon location they informed me that WITH MY WARRANTY they should have put two new tires on immediately. This location will try everything to avoid honoring the warranty, it's not worth the time or effort. Not to mention, them leaving trash in my car. Not a happy camper. read more

My husband took his car to Hibdon in del city for an oil change yesterday (Sunday). They also rotated his tires which shouldn't have been done if they were paying any bit of attention they would have seen there were brand new tires on the back and they moved them to the front. Fast forward to this afternoon (Monday), my husband is driving home from work (30 miles from home) and quickly realizes something is wrong. The car violently shakes when he turns the wheel. He calls me on his way home and tells me he is headed straight to Hibdon. He makes it there. Barely. Two technicians go out to the vehicle and raise it up. First, my husband is put under the impression that the lugs were not tightened on the front left tire. Then come to find out FOUR out of FIVE lugs are GONE. The only one left? The wheel lock. That wheel lock probably prevented him from losing a wheel on the highway. I am in utter disbelief that they allowed this to happen. We have a 4 month old. This place is awful. My first time using them and I'll NEVER go back. Took my 2016 Dodge Charger for a simple tire change got there at 1:45 the guy at the front desk said there was one person in front of me they didn't even touch my car until 4:15pm. Still understandable when they were done I was a scheduled for an alignment check my car sat for another house so 4 hrs at this point. While sitting there I go out and check my tires and notice they scuffed up a couple rims along with multiple grease marks left behind (very unprofessional) one of the workers Chris said man I'm not going to lie sometimes the machine we use will leave scratches. Pretty irritated at this point the only person who made an effort to make it right was the lady at the front desk I asked if they could At least clean the glue off. Maybe it was just the day but they seemed to be all over the place and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I also think they up sold me on the alignment.
