And then, of course, like every Chinese buffet in every hick town, they had fried mozzarella sticks that seemed to come from the Kroger frozen section, thawed out in the trunk of somebody's car, refrozen, thawed out again, only slightly warmed up in a microwave, then allowed to sit out for a couple days before being served. Can't do a basic veggie stir fry, but they can do southern fried catfish and stale, sub-mediocre mozzarella sticks. Again - all on a Chinese buffet. I'm surprised they didn't have a Beech-Nut chewing tobacco station on the buffet. At least the unsweetened iced tea was good.
