Very poor customer service. Never responded to me when I reached out about a refund due to the poor condition in which the flowers for Mothers Day arrived. The flowers were wilted and falling apart before they even made it into the house. They called prior to tell me that they didn't have the arrangement I ordered and would send a very similar one to what I chose; this did not happen. It was completely different from my order. The vase was cheap and the arrangement was poorly put together. I also ordered a BOX of chocolates and they sent a bar of chocolate. See pictures. read more

Received a phone call that Driver will not be going to Fort Lauderdale, as its too far, with no option for delivery. Flowers were ordered by my mom from Europe for my Birthday. Didn't you guys see the address while taking the order? And is this really good way to do business? Shame. read more

My sister and I placed an order for what looked like a beautiful and unique funeral arrangement, on the shop's website. Apparently what we saw online was not quite what was sent to my aunt's funeral service. I was disappointed at the fact that 1. The arrangement was evidently smaller than the measurements stated on the website; 2. The flowers used for the arrangement were not the ones that are seen on the website, they were also a bit dry and not organized as neatly as they should have been; 3. The bamboo sticks seen on the website were not the ones used for the arrangement we ordered. The sticks were a different color, they were way shorter, and they were spreading in some places when they should have neatly looked like a cross; 4. The stand also had rusted spots that were pretty easy to see; 5. The amount that we paid ($164, including the $13 for delivery) for the arrangement we saw online and had hoped to receive, I consider was higher than what we should have paid for the arrangement we actually received. Compared to the price and size of the other arrangements that were made for my aunt -and I know each business has its own prices and in no way am I trying to put a price on the services provided by a business- the others were within the same price range and much bigger, plus they had a ribbon with a written message. Ours came with a small, message card that was hard to read if not up close to it. I was looking forward to sharing and recommending the shop since all the arrangement online really do look nice but, unfortunately, I'm afraid that what happened to my sister and me also happens to those I know. If the shop does not have exactly what is being shown/sold on the website, the correct and professional thing to do was for a staff member to reach out. Worst flower arrangement!! If I could give this shop zero star rating, I would. Let me start by saying I needed an arrangement for my grandmother's funeral and found the one I wanted online. The online picture below shows it full of beautiful purple flowers. However, when I called, Johnathan had mentioned he didn't have all the purple flowers and was going to substitute some of them. He made us feel at ease and not o worry that he would make it special. He did the exact OPPOSITE!!! As you can see, the picture below shows the actual arrangement delivered is empty, almost withering and not worth the money we paid. We also told him silver glitter on the bow and did gold. It was all a disaster and I should not have to deal with this on my grandmother's funeral. I took the time to make sure no one else has to go thru this. When I called him to ask him what happened and express that this arrangement was horrible, he simply said that was my opinion and he had his. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!! I used this flower shop for a non special occasion, just because it's Wednesday kinda day. The flowers were to be send to Telemundo Ch51. Theirs security is very strict and there is absolutely no getting no in, unless you work there. The owner of the flower shop catered to my needs and did a beautiful job for me. I requested 11 fuchsia and one centered red rose. I was satisfied with The final product. The delivery was punctual and even called me when it was delivered, security called her Immediately downstairs for her to get her surprise. It was perfectly executed all around. If I could rate this establishment a ZERO, I would! Very unprofessional and compared to the photos online, they are a complete scam. Their arrangements look nothing like what is advertised. My mother had purchased a bouquet for my graduation and upon arrival they appeared to be dying, by the next day, they were completely dead. The arrangement looked rushed and the back of the arrangement was empty. My mother called the establishment and the manager said she would offer her 25% refund; never refunded her. She also said she would send a new arrangement the next day. Instead what we received was horrible customer service as she ignored my mother and didn't give the percentage of refund back and she didn't send the new arrangement. Save your money and shop elsewhere. If your looking for a florist who does amazing work, check out. Flowers by Pouparina, now that's a real flower shop! And let me not comment on the message card, let's just say the message made absolutely no sense and the penmanship was illegible! read more

Just tried ordering flowers for a local Miami delivery from this place. Had to pay $12 for delivery even though they advertise free "local" delivery on their website....even though they don't disclose what "local" means. Get a call an hour later after I paid, saying they don't deliver to that area (it's less than 4 miles from their shop). Why did their website charge me for delivery then? RUN FOR YOUR LIFE... DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!! This company is completely unethical. We hired Hialeah Flowers located 794 W 84th St, Miami Lakes, FL 33014 as they were part of the Teleflora Network and needed a florist near or in the Hialeah Area. (although FYI their website reads Miami Lakes Flower Shop). We called and spoke with Johnathan to discuss and order a Sympathy reef named on their website and all Teleflora websites "Lavender Reflections Spray". Our Grandmother had just past and we selected this specific arrangement due to its abundance of flowers and because it contained Lavender, her favorite color. When we ordered the arrangement they were very accommodating. They explained that they didn't have all of the lavender flowers in the advertisement but they reassured us they would replace them with similar hue and quality flowers including orchids etc.. and that the final product would be very comparable. We also spoke about the dedication ribbon the cloros of the wording and how it should read. Unfortunately this was all a means to get us to place an order take our money and disregard the entire conversation. They had total disregard to what we ordered, paid for or anything we spoke about. They delivered a withering empty arrangement of flowers that doesn't come near the advertised product or our conversation. The lack of flowers was incredibly obvious due to the tons of green filler used. The condition and quality of the flowers were unacceptable and diminished. We could not be any more disappointed and insulted of what we received. We immediately called Johnathan to discuss this disgrace of an arrangement to which he was very dismissive. He said our thoughts and views were simply our perception, our opinion and he washed his hands with the job. The truth is that his approach was very distasteful, unprofessional and insulting. I hope you read this and share it with everyone you know. These people will take advantage of you and your hard earned money. They will bait and switch you using profesional and beautiful looking pictures to lure you and your money. Stay away, use another florist any other florist. One more note, don't be fooled by the 4, "5 star reviews" on this company. 2 of the reviews are from 2016 and 2017 literally when the company just opened and possible but doubtful. The best 5 Star reviews are the one from September 2014 a year and a half before the company even opened.. and the one from Feb 14, 2016 you know Valentines... again which was a few days before they ever opened for business... Went in on the 11th of feb at 8pm and ordered 2 dozen roses and they delivered the next day, only charged $10 for delivery, mind you it was close by. My boyfriend bought me roses. He picked the ones in the refrigerator because he thought they would last longer. They died within a day and never fully bloomed. I ordered 24 red tullips 2 weeks before Valentine's day. They show up to deliver the flowers at my wife's job and guess what, they don't have the flowers. Not to mention the chocolate that I ordered wasn't the same one they delivered and she didn't get 24 tullips, she got 19. And on top of that, the delivery driver showed up on a 2 door little junker vehicle completely filled with other people's orders, a2 door little car!. You can't get more unprofessional than these guys. It'll be the first and last time that I use this company. read more
