Worst experience ever. The man who started my nails cut them all off I had manicure and pedicure and both awful. He cut my finger in multiple spots and told me was my fault. I have never been cut before. My gel manicure isn't even a week old and a whole nail came off . I went here because closer to my house but I will never be back. I gave benefit of doubt because previous reviews old but it is awful. Stay away!!! read more

Lena was easily the best nail tech I've ever had! She was so super nice and friendly, she did an amazing job with my nails (I had a pedicure done for the second time EVER) and the overall experience was awesome. I usually go to Weymouth nails with my friends but my boyfriends mother and I came here instead because it's closer to her house and man I won't go anywhere else. It's hard to find someone who will talk with you and with anyone you came in with and she was perfect. 100% coming back. read more

Nice place! I loved the lady who did my nails and brows she was a hoot and kept me entertained for the hour i was there. Did a great job reshaping my brows. Will be back. Edit: I've now been here a handful of times. I absolutely love the staff; they will engage in meaningful conversations or let you be; your choice. I appreciate them speaking in English even to each other to avoid making their clients uncomfortable. Both ladies do a fabulous job on my eyebrows. There was only one time I was slightly unhappy with how my nails turned out but for the most part they do a great job on nails, too. I've gotten one pedi and it was not painful at all. I don't know who the guy the previous poster is talking about, I've never seen a man there and I come here a lot! I suggest calling ahead or making an appointment if you want to avoid waiting. However, 9 times out of 10 you can walk in and they'll have time for you. EDIT: Unfortunately, over the past several months the quality and service has plummeted. Came here for the first time just because they had the kiddie pedi chairs for my daughter. So I thought I would get a pedi too just cause we were already here instead of my regular place "angle nails". The guy didn't speak English at all, he tore off parts of my toe nails instead of clipping them off all the way, cut my skin on almost every toe even after I told him and asked to be careful. They didn't do half the stuff my regular place does and the quality was poor . As for my daughter who is only 5 I had to tell them not to use the metal tools on her cause 1- she is only 5 and 2- cause I didn't want her to get hurt. I had to run to the bathroom since I am 9 months pregnant and couldn't wait anymore (cause we were there for 2 hours).... Came back to find he was rinsing my daughters legs off with burning hot water and she had to tell him it hurt and to use cold water. I felt so bad I left her for two minutes and that happened. I would never come back here again even if they are the only place around with the kiddie pedi chairs, I warn anyone who is thinking of coming here DON'T read more

I tried again cause I had a gift certificate. I am so bummed that I am unsatisfied with my visit because the woman that did my manicure for me was awesome, I could have sat there and chatted with her for days but that's not what I went there for. I had a mani/pedi gift certificate. First they do both as you're in the pedi chair, that's so uncomfortable!! When I'm twisted up cause you're doing both my hands from one side of the chair it's not fun. It ruins the entire experience of a relaxing pedicure. They need to do them separately. The place was empty so it made no sense to do it that way. On top of that my nails are full of bubbles, I've never see this before! Regular manicure, it's a mess. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Started out wonderful and the guy who was doing my pedicure was great and efficient. Then the woman who was in the middle of doing someone else's nail started doing mine as well. Mind you, I'm still getting my pedi which i find to be the enjoyable part. The woman is now going back and forth between me and the other client like she's in some sort of rush to close and just wants to get us both done. She literally does my entire manicure while I'm still in the chair getting my pedi. Is it just me or is that a lot less enjoyable? I wanted to take this as some time to myself not be in and out as fast as possible. Unfortunately, I will not be back despite the fact that I live a mile away. read more
