I wish I didn't have to give them a star they're not even worth one star So I went here to get a muffler and resonator delete on my 2017 ram rebel they did the muffler they didn't do the resonator delete and they didn't want my tips up with my bumper and by the time my truck was done it was already on the ground, and they were already closing, but I realize this when I got home and I called them back and they are trying to charge an extra $80 for each resonator and to align my tips I will never go here again the worst. And on top of it, I stay in such as heights and I called him. He started laughing and come back down when you have some time. read more

Took my car here for a new catalytic converter. I've asked them to take a pic of old and newly installed catalytic converter when finished. They said yes they will provide that. Never provided. Instead they called me to say "your car is ready for pick up, but there's good and bad news. Good news, new catalytic was installed and car passed smog. Bad news, someone hit your car." What they meant was a tech took my car for a test drive and rear ended someone else with MY CAR AND TOTALED MY CAR. But then again, was told my car was fine, just a minor scratch. Til I saw my car, air bag deployed. Yet, they were still fully paid for a product that I never touched, used or seen again. But hey, no big deal is what I was told by the owner of this shop and according to the him, I should be happy and excited I'm gonna get a new car after wrecking my car. He couldn't even provide me a copy of the accident number card from the highway patrol coz "he doesn't have a copy machine at his shop." So, yes, if you never want to see or drive your car again, take it to this shop! He will make sure you will be taken care of! Jorge is pretty straightforward when it comes to talking so I understand why people see him as rude. For example, when my stepdad asked about the price he had written, Jorge said "Hello? Took my car there the other to get a quote to have some headers installed guy came outside looked and said it'll start at $500 plus $75 for each bolt that breaks because this is a old car, I'm like how would I know that if I am not present to see for myself, not to mention I just had a new intake, manifold and carburetor installed about two weeks prior and not one bolt broke. I laughed it off like yeah ok, his like I can give you a call when I have space to fit you in but he didn't call, I believe they didn't have the competence to perform the work I went straight to Lodi and got it done for $200 read more

Audi Q7 4m: a common issue with these gen Q7's with the 3.0t is the muffler (flex pipe) begins to fail at any random mileage and the only solution per Audi is to replace 2 mufflers (min 1k job). If you have any drone or vibrations at low rpms this is the issue. Alex was awesome, he knew exactly what we needed done to fix the issue. He was able to get me in and out and replaced both flex pipes. That low rpm vibration is now gone! If you need someone to work on the following Audi tsb go see Alex! I had gotten my catalytic converter stollen last year and needed a replacement, I had gone to hi-tech and was charged $1600 for the replacement and labor. In which I was fine with, However, when trying to do my smog this year I was told that the (hi-tech) converter they had placed was the completely wrong one and was unable to pass smog. Came into the shop (hi tech) to see what was going on along with my paper works and receipt that I still had but was told "We're under new management". Gave the front desk person all my paper work and was told to pull my car up front. After having came back in after pulling my car forward. The documentation and receipt was written on, BUT he insisted that it was there the whole time however the print of the receipt was faded and the new information was just then added freshly. Not willing to help he insisted it was my father and I fault for not following what was written. When clearly he just wrote the information when I was pulling the car up. I would not have done business with them if I knew how scandalous they were. Lesson learned. Would not recommend or come back to this place. read more

When I asked if that was the total price, or would it cost more depending on the conditions of how it was cut. He said with attitude, " I don't know the condition of it , so bring it to the shop"! The new guy that welded on my aftermarket resonator that I brought in... sucks! I did a cold start the next day and saw built up water (from the steam in the exhaust) coming out from the welds. I've been bringing in my cars over the years because they have "Best prices guaranteed" and great welds... the new worker has poor welds and the they asked for $130 to weld on a resonator I brought in when the old owner would've asked for $40-60 to put it on.
