Not only did they help us well past 5:00 on a Friday - they charged a reason price, checked the rest of our tires and filled up the spare (it was flat too!). They professionally perform the work you request for a fair (not cheap) price. Occasionally they point out another repair/concern but never jump into it until walking you through their opinion (sometimes we do the work, sometimes we let it ride). Above all else, they are trustworthy. Finally, I've been at the counter several times when someone comes in with a vehicle blowing smoke and driving sideways, asking to make it run like new. Or worse yet, some hungover/strung-out person comes in screaming that they have to have their properly towed vehicle immediately! Its contents immediately!! Ect.!!! So the car's "new" battery is dead now and Syed says he is not able able to hire a tow truck driver... or so he says and cant tow the car 2 miles in... but gives me a card to someone else. Gonzalez Go... and this guy jumps the battery says its not holding a charge even though the alternator is feeding it. Kicker this referral tow guy says we owe him $80 for the jump... and then says he'll cut it to $40 for cash and that he normally charges $120 in the winter. Uhhm wait a sec. Wilke should be paying for the charge or tow to fix what they charged $1466 for... the car was driven 3 days ago. So I call Wilke who has been dodging my Mom's calls and ignored the 3-4 messages left over 2 days. So Gonzalez Go blocks the driveway and says hes not leaving until he gets $40. I get a receipt from this character to get reimbursement from Wilke before my mom says she doesnt have cash and says follow her to Wilke... which this guy seems reluctant to do... and says he has appts to get to... but sits there trying to extort $40 for 20min. Dishonest! I went to places to get an estimate for an insurance claim. I found this place on…read moreGoogle near my house and went there. I was told to wait and someone would come talk to me. At first this seemed like no problem. In the end I spent about an hr at their shop, only in the end to not receive an estimate. Further more they almost refused to give me an estimate saying my vehicle was too old and had some rust in the damaged area, therefore the vehicle was unsafe to drive even before the damage because of some rust along the running boards of my truck. They did say they would send me an estimate in email. I waited yesterday and no estimate, this morning I called to find out if they had my correct email address. They did, but said it takes 2-3 business days to make an estimate. I am a busy single mother, I spent an hour in their business looking to do business and instead, after spending all that time, I still don't have an estimate and probably won't get one as I can now see the run around. Now I have to spend more time elsewhere. They probably make good money at that shop, but not because they serve our community well. My advice go somewhere where people are "open to the public," and don't treat people like me the way they did. If you offer estimates, offer estimates, don't say you do and then don't.
