My wife took her car for repairs paying over 6,0000 for a new front end and oil leak…read more SpeeDee ended up replacing everything inc sensors her car requires the make not universal parts( these mechanics should have known) they charged 200+ for an O2 universal censor I ended up paying h400 to replace because speedee spliced and forced the part on and caused damaged as they replaced it, The under carriage where the filter went was put on backwards and the rest wasn't put in at all so all the oil just drained out and to top it off they didn't put her car back together so her car had to go back because nothing was fastened from the engine cover to the well wheel inside and outer the whole car To add injury My wife called Soeedee spoke with Dave about these issues and he than stonewalled her and she just said fine whatever he offered no resolution no if you show us the part and the new mechanics report maybe even discount for something but he just played dumbfounded to denial.. So if you take your car here demand to see the parts, and check if they put the car back together properly or at all and chances are after you leave the lights will come back on.

When questioned about this, I was told that this is what was ordered and that if I wanted the same tires that I would have to pay an additional amount of $80 per tire. I asked why I was quoted one price and received a different set of tires and he told me that I was quoted wrong. I then explained that I should receive the quoted amount and he said that all he could do is charge me the difference. After a few choice words on both sides, he told me to leave if f**in store. He promised a 5 day turn around on a repair and when he should have started the repair he decided to not until the following day. Which put him behind a hole day i figured this out by driving by and seeing my car sitting there and hasnt moved. I was borrowing a car from a family member. So i was upset. When I stopped in I asked why he didnt ship out the part. He said he was back logged. I walked out frustrated. He called me hours later and told me he wanted to charge me an additional 100.00 for shipping part over night. Now I was getting mad. A quote of 400.00 now is close to 600.00. i told him it wouldnt have been this way if he just shipped the part out monday morning. i said it was unexceptable. stop what you are doing and I will pick the car up later. This was an appointment and I should have been slotted into. it was made 4 days in advance. He has a problem prioritizing his work. He just said he was busy. When I orginally went to pick up the car before scheduling the appointment for repair he gave me a bill of 167.00 and said it took longer then expected to figure out what was needed for the repair. I asked what happened to the 75.00 thing. he said he would deduct 75.00 from the repair bill. Not the 167.00. Not sure how honest that is. I think the bill may have been inflated to appear its a discount. And bring cash because he charges a 4 to 6% for using your debit or credit card. And you will see a misc charge of 4.50 for misc charge.When I asked him what that was for he said for ink, paper, pens, etc. I said that would be the cost of doing business Matt. So bottom line is people. Matt is probably a good menanic but a good business man. I dont think he has a clue how to run a business. Or hes a guy that will nickel and dime you to death. I think he is in over his head. nice building. very clean shop. just needs some smart business attention for sure. and someone who understands customer service and whats expected. NOT RECOMMENDED.... I give credit when credit is due to business. I dont just write bad reviews. If you look up a week ago he recieved a good review from me. He needs someone to run his customer service and billing department like most of them do. The results I found a guy that will have it done in one day buy getting part from GM dealership. I repeated why I was calling then asked when a good time for me is. I said afternoons and weekends. He then proceeded to say, afternoons don't work as no one is there to look at brakes past 4pm unless it's like a Saturday. I then said that was fine. They asked what type of car and if I had the size of the tire which I did not. He then said they would need this info. and I asked if I should call back with the info and he said yes, then we ended the call. Like I'm literally calling you to spend my money at your business but you let me go without securing the appointment. Make it make sense.

I had asked them to just take a look at my brakes since the tires would be off. I get a call that I need new pads and rotors. I was surprised since my brakes did not grind at all. Then he proceeds to tell me that my rear shocks are shot and they cannot align with the new tires until the shocks are replaced. I told them I did not want any of that extra work done. Ended up taking my car to my Ford dealer and it was confirmed that I do not need brakes or shocks. Be very careful of these guys, bit shady to me.
