We had it towed to Colby Dodge because we believed no matter what the issue the dealership would be able to fix it and get us back on the road. We own a service industry business ourselves, so we understand the importance of scheduling and customer service. The next morning, 9/26, Colby Dodge said they could look at our truck on 10/11. Our fix would have been 2 hours max and they had the parts, because they told us they did. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable. They knew we were from out of town and had no where to stay, their garage was not full, and know instead of a "great job, friendly service, and went out if their way to help us" review they get a true review of their lack of customer service. Good luck if you take your vehicle to them or try to have a purchase serviced.

We called and even though they were booked up, they offered to diagnose us and to fit us in as soon as possible. When we arrived, one of their associates Jorge Rico took a look right away on their lift. He discovered we had a simple problem with a cracked plastic undermount section that was rubbing against our tire - which he fixed on the spot by securing it down. This saved our cross-country journey and we were so grateful for how they fit us in and did such efficient work and beyond reasonable. This review is month's overdue. I was traveling on a cross country road trip back in July and was…read morealready behind schedule when I noticed my tires were horribly aligned. The inside tread of both front tires was completely gone and Goodyear had no interest in working on my car, because they thought it was such a gamble. I was recommended to go here by the folks at Goodyear and thank god for their recommendation. After driving 40 miles from Hayes to WaKeeny my vehicle was serviced within an hour and a half and I was back on the road. The staff could not have been any nicer and the price was incredibly reasonable. Most importantly, had they not been willing to service my car, I would have had to ship my car the rest of the way across the country. With the work they performed, I was able to drive another 2,000 miles safely to my destination! Thanks, TJ's!!!!! I owe you!
