We broke down in the middle of the night, 600+ miles from home, and had to be towed. We own a Dodge 3500 mega cab/diesel. We had it towed to Colby Dodge because we believed no matter what the issue the dealership would be able to fix it and get us back on the road. We own a service industry business ourselves, so we understand the importance of scheduling and customer service. The next morning, 9/26, Colby Dodge said they could look at our truck on 10/11. Our fix would have been 2 hours max and they had the parts, because they told us they did. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable. They knew we were from out of town and had no where to stay, their garage was not full, and know instead of a "great job, friendly service, and went out if their way to help us" review they get a true review of their lack of customer service. Good luck if you take your vehicle to them or try to have a purchase serviced. read more
