Our fix would have been 2 hours max and they had the parts, because they told us they did. I'm sorry, that is not acceptable. They knew we were from out of town and had no where to stay, their garage was not full, and know instead of a "great job, friendly service, and went out if their way to help us" review they get a true review of their lack of customer service.
