The local Chevy dealer couldn't source the critical parts we needed anywhere from three surrounding states. Early Monday morning, Ben helpfully and humorously placed our order. By mid-afternoon, with some proactive assistance and a tremendous sense of levity (a key and often missing ingredient to help) from John, the order was tracked, arrived and handed over for pick-up. Get told the parts I " need" r gonna cost 2 grand . Haha the parts were basically all new just done recently. Took to a different place and was told all parts I was told were needed were new and I didn't need any of it and fine to get an alignment which they will do Monday. Dont know if they thought they could scam me bc I'm a female or just scam me period but DO NOT GO HERE !!!
