Sold us a battery that they got from auto parts store uptown, the initial cost of battery was 274.00 kansasland charged us 500.00 plus 127.00 for parts and labor adding up 627.00 roughly. We questioned them about it, they said it was a special kind of battery at first which it wasn't, then they said it was a glitch in computer and they have no way of controlling computer when it does that. We asked for a refund, they ended up giving us 224.00 back. This is considered price gouging, people on S.S can't afford prices such as these. Tried to gaslight and tell me they were never there to begin with. Not true at all. They were there when I pulled in. Not the first time I had issues. My car sat in the parking lot there bc it took them 3 months to tell me that they couldn't change and program a sensor in the steering wheel. When I called to ask, I was told they were working on it. Theres some crooked stuff going on there. They are going to try to pull anything they can get away with on a woman as well. I noticed right away before I left and they still denied everything saying I probably had them in my tack room or at home. They are over there somewher. Absolutely will never go there again.
