So I decided to go it alone and chose A Vargas. I pull in and ask for an estimate. Instead Alex says the bumper is just loose (no damage) and everything looks fine. He then snaps it back it place. Problem solved. Alex wouldn't accept a payment! He said "it was easy" and I told him it was his expertise and availability to quickly help me that was worth money. Finally I just put some cash in his shirt pocket, waved goodbye and walked away with both of us smiling. I can't image a more trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable body shop.
