They explained everything easily and to the point. We had our water softener and RO water filtration (under sink) installed last Thursday and what a difference these it has made! I love how soft the water feels and you honestly can feel the difference when washing your hands and showering. I wish we got one sooner. No big problems, just a series of small ones that led to a lot of inconvenience and a more cost on our end. 1. They were supposed to arrive at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday, but forgot. My son had taken the day off and had to take an additional day the next Thursday. We'd already been without hot water a week at that time. When my son finally called and asked when we could expect them, owner said he forgot about our appointment. Worried he might lose the job, he apologized over the phone and offered to give us a discount amounting to a day's pay for my son. My son told him they could discuss it when they arrived to install the softener. 2. My son lost a vacation day but not any actual cash so after thinking on it, he decided he'd spread some good karma and tell the guy that we forgave the mistake and that no discount was necessary. But neither he nor I had the chance. The owner would not look me in the eye and quickly walked away when I tried to talk to him. I use a cane and was not going to chase after him. Before the job was finished, he took off leaving the technicians to finish and collect the payment. I'm guessing he took off because he didn't want us to bring up the offered discount. 3. ** On a positive not, the technician that oversaw the job (owners daughter?) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, she finally went to the hardware store herself after their electrician kept coming back with the wrong part. (They had to install an exterior outlet for the softener). 4. Our system was not able to be installed in the garage do to access to our main water line. Instead, it was installed on the south side of our house, in all-day direct sunlight. Now we need to figure out some way to shade the softener as direct heat can damage the tank and the electronics in the control valve. In addition, where it is placed, the discharged water flows to our our lemon tree and line of cypress trees. We had to choose losing our trees from the softener salt ($10 a bag) or going with the more costly potassium salt ($40 a bag). We chose to save our trees. 5. What they did not tell us is that people with kidney disease or those on certain blood pressure medications, including the one I take, can develop a dangerous, sometimes deadly condition known as hyperkalemia when ingesting extra potassium. I now need to buy bottled water to drink and cook with. 6. The day following the install, we had a leak in the yard and sprinklers that did not work. The leak was a broken sprinkler pipe, possibly from their electric tamper or digging for the softener line. The sprinkler issue was caused by a broken valve in the box where they hooked into the main line. Thankfully, my son was able to figure out the problems and fix them himself. In all, our experience with this company was neither bad nor good. Just OK. It would have been nice if someone apologized or at least told us they broke the sprinkler valve. Mostly, I'm disappointed that the owner (Carlos) went out of his way not to make good on his offer to give my son a discount for the day he took off work -- even though my son planned to turn it down. His actions speak more to his character than his initial apology and offer of a discount when he thought he might lose the job.

I just had to text him some photos of my plumbing system for a quote. And, they had the best price. The new system has been in use for almost a month now and so far so good. After booking an installation appointment, the technicians arrived on time and two technicians installed the system in like 2 hours (which is fast in my opinion). One of my neighbors bought a softener system and hired a plumber to install the system as a weekend side hustle and that guy needed like half a day. They take Zelle or check payments.

This is a locally owned company which is a huge plus for me because I love to support local business. Scott did the installation and my parents and I were mesmerized by how clean it was. We immediately noticed the change in the water and are very happy. It doesn't stop there. We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. I 100% recommend this company and I just recently bought a house of my own and will have them install one there as well.

They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

A few weeks ago we woke up to find a bubble in our dining room ceiling from water that had been…read morefilling up while we were asleep! This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

At long last I have discovered a plumbing company, "HHS Plumbing", that provides impeccable service, with a smile ! Seriously, Giovanni, the owner and operator of this company (together with his wife Victoria, coordinating the scheduling) actually enjoys, and visibly takes pleasure, in what he is doing for his clients. During the month of November 2021, Giovanni installed for me, perfectly, an Aquasana water filter system . . . . together we figured a way in which the system could be neatly installed into a small space in my garage. And as he laid out and installed the components of the filter system, Giovanni made sure that there would be easy access to the pre-filter, the post-filter, the system bypass valves and the water inlet shut-off valve. The system has been performing flawlessly for the past three months, with absolutely no leakages !!! On that same visit, Giovanni replaced the "sacrificial" anode rod in my hot water heater. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had attempted to replace a worn out shower spout with a new identical looking one I found at the local hardware store. But it wouldn't screw completely on before becoming so hard to turn I had to use a large pair of pliers. Even then there was a gap in the back. So much for my plumbing skills. He explained I did everything correct, but that there was a slight difference in the threading between the old and new spout. The job required him removing the threaded piece (nipple) at the end of the pipe, shortening the copper pipe and installing a new nipple. Giovanni showed up wearing a mask and very conscientious of keeping space between us. He was very courteous, professional and to the point with what needed to be done. He made sure to clean up 100% and to use clear caulking along the seams. Excellent, high quality job on all three showers. Made small talk with him while he worked and realized he's just an overall honest, nice guy. He's the guy I'll have back for any and all plumbing work in the future! read more

Giovanni arrived promptly and performed the needed repairs quickly and professionally, at a price that was exceptional. Giovanni is everything one could want in a plumber: he's knowledgeable and polite as well as seeming to be a great guy. Right from the start, Azalea was a gem. She was incredibly kind and empathetic, making the process of scheduling a technician easy and stress-free. Then Sergio arrived, and he was an absolute pro. He was thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to assess our issues, including the clogged kitchen sink, a leaky master bath that was causing a watermark on our kitchen ceiling, and our old, stuck kitchen faucet. Sergio didn't just fix things; he provided a clear assessment, explained the causes of our problems, and worked diligently to resolve the main drain clogs. He even installed our new kitchen faucet for us and then went the extra mile to identify areas in our master bath that needed recaulking, even testing the waterproofing around our tub. To get…read moretheir service, you either have a crystal ball and anticipate all your plumbing issue ahead of time, or you just count on them for all non emergency issues. My sink are clogged and I contacted them to schedule service. The answer I got I that someone would call me within 24 hour to schedule the job. In essence it will take 24 hour, just to know when the plumber is coming. You can't be serious.
