I've dealt with a number of accountants over the years and they're a lot like lawyers in that they are slow to give advice/ definitive answers. Oftentimes, you leave their office wondering if their isn't a better resource and why you pay them.
HHM is a breathe of fresh air. Yes, you'll pay a premium rate. But good advice/service comes with a price. If you're looking to get a simple personal tax return done, you can probably pay a small fee elsewhere. But if you are a business owner, have ownership in multiple entities, etc., you really need an expert in your corner (there are too many areas that a lot of CPAs overlook or simply know nothing about).
With various partners in the firm, each brings a different area of expertise. I've only dealt with Kyle Christensen to this point. He's very professional, personable (yes, a personable CPA) and will certainly point you to another partner if his expertise doesn't match your needs. I recommend Kyle (and HHM) as often as possible.
