Personable, responsive, flexible KIND, and so customer-centric, it is nothing short of enviable. Facility is secure and clean, the climate controls are exactly where they need to be, and my valuables, art, furnishings, and clothes have fared very well (yup - monthly examinations), from the viscous hot summer through the biting cold of December. I'm a consumer and All-Time is providing me tremendous and unexpected value for my dollar. My appreciation and respects!

Well my $500 couch from Ikea grew mold from only being there several month and my claim got denied because it's "not covered" under their insurance. Their insurance covers nothing but yet you gotta pay extra a month for it? FOR WHAT????? Just to take peoples money!!!! They offered to deep clean once more but only managed to get a small percentage of their own water stains out. I explicitly told them to swatch their cleaners on a small portion of my rug prior to cleaning the whole thing to see how the rug would react to their cleaning products. They did not listen to this advice and ended up ruining the fibers of my rug and tinting it completely yellow instead of off-white/grey. ALSO - tell me why after 2 FULL DEEP CLEANINGS. I come home and try to remedy / spot clean a noticeably yellow stain - and I get soil on my towel? Can someone explain this to me? I now have a damaged rug that I can no longer use in my home. The manager (or owner) called me back right away any time I called. You almost feel like you're dealing with an aunt you like. Each month on the same day, I'd call to have them run my card which they had on file. There were no variations in fee or taxes or anything...just a flat fee. It's also in a great spot...right by the Turkey Hill off the main street in Emmaus. When I moved to a home that had space to store, I notified them and she was very pleasant.
