I was initially informed when signing up that I would have no issues canceling at anytime; however, a 1+ year of services they did not honor that and make you still pay for another month of service even when you did not get any services done. Just had the best facial with Destiny! She helped me learn about what is best for my skin and the best things to use during the different times of year. She talked to me about the memberships and the new locations opening. She also took great care to ensure no citrus products were being used because of my allergy. Even though this isn't your standard "Spa" facial where you disrobe and also get a mini massage on your neck or hands and maybe feet, I will say this was the best facial I've ever had in Atlanta. Do yourself a favor. Skip this one. There are soooo many pop up Facial spots like this one with better services and way better prices. It's located where the old Shane's rib shack was back in the day when I worked in Dunwoody. Went here to try it because my office is close by, and it was advertised first Facial $65 off which in my mind was $65 total to pay... I go for my appointment right on time, they have me do a questionnaire then the aesthetician comes for me. They have small rooms and curtains. I thought I paid $10 extra for extractions. She said I didn't need any meanwhile I had a breakout on the side of my nose and chin I wanted resolved. Didn't happen. When see cleansed my face I asked where was the steamer to open the popes. She said "oh we have no steamers here, not good for the skin." Really? So every spa, in and out the country because I get facials everywhere, and all those dermatologist in aestheticians are doing it wrong? All of them? Ok got it. The facial was whatever. I regret spending that money here which would have been better spent @cleanyourdirtyface I highly recommend them over this spot. Same "lunch break Facial" concept, they don't treat below the face or touch the neck or décolleté and it's more barbershop style. They don't have rooms but you're getting way better service in a way better facial. They are new as well. Anyway, she starts putting on this thick sunscreen. Which indicates the facial is over. I said, no extractions? Nope. Ok, awesome. Now I'm checking out. Why do businesses ask "how was your service?" I've answered both ways, honestly, it wasn't good I'm not satisfied like at the Nailshop, nothing was done to make me feel better or resolve the issue, and I answer here, it was good, as to move along faster and be done. If I said, I did not like it because of x, y, z? Are they going to fix it? Are they reducing my bill? Will they take me back to the room and start over to satisfy me? None of they above right? So stop asking! It's rhetorical not genuine. Anyway, the deep skin girl at the front says, "it's $75 are you added tip or none at all?" I said I'm going to tip but is that total not $65 even? She says "well the the cost of the basic facial $140. $140-$65=$75." That was a bit snippy for me young lady. Obviously I had no idea the cost of the facial which was what I meant. Not that I'm slow and can't do basic subtraction! So that's for lining that all up for me. I swore with the promotion the bill would be $65, period. So I responded oh ok, thanks for the math lesson type tone, same energy she gave me. Paid, tipped, left unhappy and annoyed. Here's a tip, make sure the front desk girls, because them seem quite young, talking about roommates and what not at checkin, have a better tone with all clientele when questioned sincerely about the bill, because I'm telling you right now, that was no $140 facial. You must be insane. Not recommended. I do recommend Clean your dirty face in Sandy Springs not too far from here for more cost affective better facials. That's my new spot. I normally do not plug other businesses or competitors in my reviews but this is necessary. I am no novice when it comes to massages and facials. I recently went to Heyday for the first time after hearing my friends talk about how AMAZING their facial was along with the skincare line they care for all ages and skin types. I was lucky enough to see that they offer first-time visitors a half-off discounted price of $65.00 which is a no-brainer for me. The salon is nicely decorated with a Boho feel and I LOVE the open floor concept that no one else is doing. The store and room were super clean and nicely decorated. Alyssa greeted me by name as I walked in which immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. While I love being recommended products, I just got a strong feeling that my esthetician works on commission. I paid for a 50-minute facial, chemical peel, and red light therapy. The aesthetician touched my face for maybe 15 minutes total, and then moved right into the peel. Considering I paid for 50 MINUTES of a facial, I would've assumed it would actually be 50 minutes PLUS more time for the add-ons I chose. I don't think she used more than 2 products on my face. I felt so scammed and didn't feel happy leaving. This place is a very high-pressure environment (pressuring me to buy more add-ons, get a membership, and purchase many different products after). Walked in expecting to spend ~$100 and left spending ~$300. Literally cried when I got home because of how disappointed I was. I've been to other facial places and had a much better experience. I don't usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews but considering the amount of money I've spent over the last 7 months at Heyday I have to caution consumers considering being a regular customer. I got a membership because I knew I wanted to get a skin care routine with the guidance of an esthetician. One of the products that they suggested was the super goop glow oil with 50SPF. I purchased the mini size (1oz) for $32. The product is great, I've been using it since last October when I purchased it so I started looking into getting another bottle. I found it for $15 at Sephora. At first I thought I they marked it up considerably but when I looked into the receipt I was sold the 5oz but given the 1oz bottle. I reached out to the Heyday and they said there's nothing they could do because it's past the 14 day limit for returns. Here's the problem with that, if the esthetician walks you over to a product with no price marked on the product or shelf makes a suggestion and quotes you a price how would you know there's a discrepancy? The customer service in general when I've had questions about a service or bringing guests (who could potentially convert to members or at the very least return at full price) has been lacking. The management of the ATL locations is so much worse than what I experienced in other cities. Poorly trained front desk staff, phones not being answered, and the GM not responding to concerns in a timely way. In addition to the monthly membership fee ($104) I regularly dropped an additional $80-200. For these kind of prices I expect more. I will be canceling my membership and caution against Heyday as a go to for any one who takes their skin care seriously and expects that the spa/ salon servicing them to have integrity when suggesting products and not overcharge or mislead customers. A simple, "I'm sorry our bad how can we make this right" would have gone a long way. read more

I would die without Heyday and Anna Belle! I saw an ad for the deal and went in on a whim. My expierence was so great that i became a member, and have been back every month sense!! I have truly seen a difference in my skin since I started going and Anna Belle is slowly helping me upgrade my products as my old ones run out. My facial is an amazing expierence that I always look forward to! My skin is SO soft afterwards. I never feel pressured to buy any products or services which is a big deal to me since I sometimes have a hard time saying no to things. I've been to Clean Your Dirty face and didn't have a bad time but much prefer Heyday. Although, it is a little more expensive, it is 100% worth it. I feel like Heyday is the perfect medium between an expensive spa & a super quick in and out facial. I LOVE it and will never stop going!
