This was originally going to be a terrible review but turns out it's a redemption! Went to Hey Day on a date and to watch The Cowboys/Eagles game,get there and there's a few people at the bar but the rest of the place is available and all tv's are accessible.There's a game on,but it's not Dallas,so we ask one of the guys working if he could turn it to the Cowboys game and he says yes.10 min later the channel still hasn't changed,so 5 more minutes passes and I pull out my phone and start watching that way.Here I am sitting at a bar in front of a large tv at a bar watching football on my phone. My date says this is ridiculous and gets up and ask if they forgot and 3 guys say that they don't know how to change the channel and they're waiting on the manager. At this point I'm considering leaving and finally the manager comes over and changes it to the game! By this time it's nearly the 2nd quarter and oh the screen is green!! Smaller TVs are all fine but the one we want is green. So I'm considering leaving again and here comes the redeemer Nathan! He didn't completely fix the tv but he tried! Not only did he try,he took control of the night,gave us extra attention and immaculate service. Not sure if he saw/witnessed everything and went above and beyond or is always that way but either way he saved the night by just being an awesome server and cool guy. This was my first being at heyday, celebrated with my buddies and one of them was his birthday, never had food here which I bet it's pretty good since we ate before we came here, great service with kind employees willing to help and offer their services. The ambiance was so alive, upbeat, and a fun vibe, played bowling and mini golf, had the best drink I ever tasted which is called the butterball, I'm not really a cocktail expert, it had a citrus flavor to it, it's green and has a cherry in it, which is the best part of every cocktail drink! This place was awesome! We had a successful date night with the assistance of Hey Day! We went bowling for an hour. Drinks were ice cold and our service was super awesome. Kandice was our server and she did an awesome job! The cost was as expected on a Saturday night...The bowling went smoothly for the most part. We tried this place out today and we just were not impressed. I ordered the pretzel bite appetizer, it comes out with no plates. Then the margherita pizza comes and he says "I'll bring you some plates". Wow yeah, that would be helpful. The pizza had one flavor, GARLIC, I have never in my life added salt to a pizza but I had to salt this pizza because other than the garlic it was BLAND. Server didn't come check on us during the meal, had to ask for water refills when he brought the bill. Paid the bill with my phone. When he passed by again I asked for a box. He brings a regular to go box. I look at it and look at my pizza and he says "oh, do you want a pizza box?" Uh ya think? The arcade was very lack luster. Claw machines were tiny prizes and the one machine with decent toys was 20 tokens! We didn't even win a single thing in the claw machines because the claws were too weak to grasp anything. Not many games to choose from, on one game it said our score should be 30 tickets and it only gave us 4, ended up with 480 tickets which bought us a small toy car, a small little clapping hands toy and one press on tattoo. What a rip. The round one arcade is MUCH better and we always end up winning something in those claw machines. I don't care to return to this place. Staff was friendly even though restaurant waiter was a bit inattentive and the bathrooms and restaurant were clean, but the food and the games were lacking so we won't return. read more

We went and did the hour of bowling last night. They did not set up the scoreboard for us, even though I filled it out online when I reserved the lane. It was $59.00 for one lane for one hour and we spent the first 5 minutes figuring out how to set up the scoreboard no help around at all. Then it locked up on us 3 times while we were playing. So we ended up not even finishing our game because they would not extend our time to make up for the lane not functioning correctly. Will not be back. read more

We went to the property earlier in the day to make a lane reservation and were told they cannot help us and we had to do it online ourselves. After leaving and making the reservation online when we showed up, none of the names were on the scorecard and had to spend five minutes or more getting that set up which caused us to not even finish a full game in an hour for five people. What made it even worse is I had one shot left and the computer completely shut off our game. We ordered drinks while bowling and it probably took 20 minutes because the server had to go upstairs and wait and then bring them back to us. We decided to eat in the restaurant which had one employee and we were the only table. We actually had to get up and go to the kitchen to tell him we wanted to order, and when the food came out, without telling us they charged us three dollars for ranch dressing and refills on the sodas were four dollars each. Three of the games in the arcade took swipes off the kids cards, but never started the game. Definitely not impressed with the customer service at all. read more

Tonight, we went to Heyday for a date night. When we asked for two hours of bowling and paid $108, we did not realize that for $30 each we could have wristbands that allowed unlimited bowling, putt-putt, and laser tag, nor were we told about it. After realizing, from speaking from the people bowling next to us, we brought it to the attention of a manager named Pearla. Her attitude was immediately "put out" that she had to come upstairs to assist us. After a long discussion, she determined that they had posted plenty of signs, and without out copy of the receipt (which we left at the desk after signing), there was little that they could do. It was claimed that the receipt could not be searched by the name, card number, or any other way. Pearla's solution was to provide us wristbands without any compensation for the difference in price because we did not keep our copy of the receipt. Our service was otherwise amazing, but this interaction led us to leave instead of spending our evening there. As I have worked in the service industry for years, I feel like there were other solutions available. The perception is that Hayday is more interested in making the most money at the moment, VS ensuring customers return to the business. read more

A rainy Saturday, a rained out baseball tournament, and a grandson for the weekend brought us to HeyDay for our first time. Our kiddo was well informed about the place, and was SO excited for this backup plan. He and his uncle spent most of an hour in the arcade area, while grandpa and I enjoyed drinks and snacks in the Boomerang grill. I came here on a Sunday afternoon to play the mini golf putt with friends. First off the price per person is about seven dollars and that includes 18 holes. We came at the party of five and I think it took us about an hour and a half to finish it. You can bring your drinks outside and you can carry it in their trash cans throughout the mini putt where you can throw it away. There's also tables where you can sit and communicate with your friends if you want to. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a bowling lane and it comes into floors. I think the only difference is that the second floor has a bar and you have to be 21 years old to even enter that area and the second floor things to cost more as well. On Mondays they have a special where if you buy $10 of arcade play then the lanes are cheaper to play bowling but I forgot how much it was exactly. Dislocation also has laser tag and ropes on top where you can walk around as well. read more

We played mini golf and with tax was $7.70 for both of us because of Tuesday's special. To my surprise, the mini golf area was well kept and even had poles for you to use to fish your golf balls out of the water (which I had to do several times). There was a family ahead of use but once we caught up with them they offered to let us play the next hole first so they wouldn't hold us up. We then bowled and since we didn't plan our outing very well, we paid $2 per pair of socks and it was $20 for an hour of bowling and $3-4? For the shoe rental which came out to $33ish for two of us. There was also a 10% off coupon if you checked in on Yelp . So without it, the total was probably $35. HeyDay was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered an appetizer while bowling and the pizza rolls were surprisingly filling! Upstairs is a 21 and older area where I think you can bowl, order drinks, and eat too but we failed and already paid for a lane downstairs and started bowling next to two families before we realized it. The music was ON POINT! And music videos showed on the back walls of the lanes in the bowling area. Good music that is family friendly! The arcade looked pretty small compared to Dave and Busters but the different choices of activities (bowling, mini golf, laser room, etc) made up for it imo. read more

Had a fantastic early afternoon/evening at HeyDay with several friends. We wanted to bowl upstairs, which is 21+, so we were looking to reserve a spot. The best we could do was 4:30 - 6:30 on a Saturday because the joint was booked the rest of the night. We took it and had a few beers and bowled some games before eating dinner. As other Yelpers note, the upstairs is legit. There is a large bar with several televisions, pool tables, and plenty of places to sit. There is a decent beer selection with around 8 on tap, including a couple of local Oklahoma favorites and some solid microbrews (like Tank 7). The couches that provide seating at each lane are very comfortable. We had a server during our 2 hours that was very prompt and friendly. She was always there when we needed her and she brought items back very quickly. Excellent service. Additionally, the entire joint was very clean and modern. We only ordered cheese fries to eat, as we were eating dinner at Benvenuti's. The cheese fries were fine, they were fairly typical. I can't comment on the other food, but I would eat here and not expect to be blown away. But, you don't come to this place for the food. You come to have some fun with your buddies in a very comfortable atmosphere. My only caveat is that they are strict with the time limits. If your game is finished, it's finished. There is no finishing even if you get to the 9th frame (which we did). But, we knew we rented the lanes for 2 hours and they needed to be available for the additional reservations. The place is apparently very popular, so keep that in mind as you are bowling. I'll absolutely return, and likely very soon. I (and the Dude) most definitely abide this joint. read more

First of all, let me say that this facility is gorgeous! They really did an amazing job with this location. From the colors, to the decor, it is such a pleasant environment to be in. This review is strictly for the golf course. We went on a date night here, and had a great time at their 18-hole course. At first, my husband thought it was a little cheesy, but then as we went on you start to really appreciate how the course is set up. There are some really fun and creative holes and it is fun but challenging at the same time. The course could use a few more signs... it took us a minute to figure out where to start.
