Upon arrival the shop was super clean on the inside and I saw they were still using the tub covers for the pedicures which I was extremely happy about. I waited a good 10min before I was sat down in one of the chairs and waited another 10 before being serviced. That wasn't unusual nor uncommon to me. When I tell you that Fong gave the BEST foot and leg message ever during a pedicure, it's not an understatement. She was very attentive and kept up a good conversation. I really appreciate the time she took to take care of the little things I asked for. Going back for future pedicures for sure.

I understand mistakes happen but, he didn't make eye contact or apologize despite me bleeding. He continued on with my pedicure which I was willing to see through but the pain was too much. After telling him I was in pain he insisted I continued. He then opened and closed the trash can with the very gloves he had on and STILL proceeded to touch my feet again. That was the final straw for me. I then left very upset. I was received a discount and still paid $37.00 for an unfinished pedicure. I understand language barriers but when you have not one person who speaks English in an establishment , frustration grows FAST.

I usually only get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed. They always do a good job with the exception of the polish, they never quite get it to the edges on every nail, despite who does it. I've been to other places but this one is always busy because they are good. I've had eyelashes done here and was very happy with them, however after several months of doing this my real ones were sparse and it took about 2 years for them to get right again. I just tried a place locally and wasn't happy and I'm willing to drive 8 miles to go to this location. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's always inanely busy when I go despite the large staff they have to accommodate. It's hard for them to keep up so avoid weekends, but other than that I love this place.
