Also, I really appreciated they knew all the little secrets to boost my site's SEO for free (rather than having to pay for search boost). I had shopped around at the other Burlington-area website development spots and their prices were much higher. Despite the more affordable rates, I received super personalized attention and a custom-made website in about a month. I had had bad experiences with other website developers in the past so was super relieved. I would highly recommend these guys.

Krissy came to my studio for a free consultation and provided so much support in a short amount of time that when she invited me into her coaching program, I felt no hesitation whatsoever. It was a no-brainer. I wanted to get from here to there and I believed that Krissy could help me do that much faster and more completely than I would have on my own. She did not disappoint. 3 months later and I have an established business with my heart-centered inspirations fully sussed out into the work that I offer. Plus, I've created the foundational structure that the business stands upon (website, yelp page, social media, advertising, etc.) Krissy has a gift for listening and understanding the key points that people want to create for their business and reflecting that information back in multiple ways with textured language that can both clarify and expand upon those ideas. She has a way with language. She asks deep questions that can pull out the tendrils of inspiration so that your business reflects the fullness of who you are! I love that about her! With Krissy, you create the vision for your business and implement that vision into the structure of reality! Thank you Krissy for helping me create my dream! I look forward working with you again!

I only wanted my kitchen, very small bathroom, and living room done. I paid $300 and she anted to charge me more. The woman stayed in my bathroom for 4 hours and didn't even clean the tub and broke a special expensive lightbulb on the floor, leaving glass pieces. Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. The floor had a quick mop and wasn't left clean. Never dusted. I gave them a chance to come and fix things but they wanted to charge me more $$. He cleaned my coffee table leaving paint spots on it and it needs to be refinished. I feel that I was ripped off.

I've been using Anna's services for the house I just bought. Built in 1921, it's in great shape,…read morebut I wanted to make some upgrades and changes. Anna has been so helpful assisting me with sketches, floorpans, finishes, design ideas, suggestions on what I can and can't do and also staying within my budget. I never thought I'd be a person using an architect - I think of them as being too expensive for my budget. The cool thing about Anna is that she does higher-end commercial/residential work but also likes to work with normal folks like me who don't need brand new construction and just need "a la carte" services at affordable prices. The whole house buying/remodeling process can be very overwhelming, but Anna's helped me feel less stressed and more informed. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd make a lot of decisions I might end up regretting down the road. Highly recommend!

I hired New Frameworks as they are affiliated with Efficiency Vermont's energy audit program. I…read morejust purchased a house built in 1921. It's a lovely little house and in very good condition, but old homes don't often meet today's high standards for insulation, etc. and I was curious to find out what my options were. It took a little while before they had free time for the audit, but in my estimation, if they're busy doing work for others that's a good thing. Dave and his partner did an amazingly thorough audit. Well surpassing anything I expected and turned around the report to meet my tight schedule. In fact, they uncovered things that I did not know about based on a previous inspection. Because it was a rainy day they were able to find a spot in the attic where things were leaking. Also they found some moisture damage I wasn't aware of on my second floor. Their report was extremely thorough containing photos and charts. And it came along with a 3-tiered recommendation list which was extremely helpful to me. I just got off the phone with Jacob who walked me through the report and the recommendation list. He was patient and comprehensive and agreed to coordinate with some of the other contractors I have met with to figure out the best solutions for me. New Frameworks does more than energy auditing. The do new build and renovations along with more offerings. They care about energy efficiency and it shows. Easy to work with. Very helpful and good customer service. Had I known what I do now I would have used them before buying the home to be completely educated. In fact, I think anyone buying an old home should have an energy audit from these guys/gals BEFORE purchasing as a condition of moving forward in the contract. I would have still bought the house but I would have known even more about it and that's never a bad thing. Highly recommend. And if you work with Efficiency Vermont (you're in their customer area) you get a $100 rebate on the cost of the audit, which is already well worth it based on what I now understand.
