    Overall the staff are friendly yes, but this location in particular is without a doubt the worst operating Hertz I've done business with - and this is coming from someone who's rented with hertz throughout the country. Incredibly slow time of service. When picking up from a requested time, you can expect to be there an hour after and good luck trying to get one of the "complimentary shuttles". I tried requesting for one in advance to my residence and was on hold for 35 minutes until I hung up, then when I was at the hertz at time of drop off I was informed they had no drivers in the middle of the day, and I was the only customer in the building. An embarrassment to hertz.

    Very poor management, I had to wait about an hour and a half to get a car. I waited about 10 minutes to be helped. The guy that helped me, assigned me a car and told me to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get my car cleaned. After the 20 minutes had passed I had to wait another 20 minutes because they started cleaning the car that was assigned. They do have personal but it seems that only one guy is dedicated to his work and the rest do not know what they are doing. I saw other people waiting as well and they all seem disappointed. Some of them just had to turn in a car and had to wait a while as well.

    Good location if you have clear biometrics. Otherwise you will sleep in the car. Hertz. And Enterprise rule

You just need to read and ask questions about what you're paying for, and decide whether all the add ons are necessary for your trip. Look up if you'll actually need the toll pass, make sure you fill the tank up before turning it back in & if you have your own car insurance ask if you can use that to cover it. Overall my experience was great, car was efficient especially on gas and the unlimited miles are so worth it! I was all over the Bay Area! I'll be using them again.

Do NOT book with this shady company!!! It was all a scam to upsell to an SUV. No other rental company in the rental center had a line of people waiting for their cars. There were 3-4 of us that I saw waiting. These guys suck. Use literally anyone else.

    Forgot to write a review until now. We rented a car in June. I rented through Capital One Venture…read more website and accidentally booked a full electric vehicle, not a Tesla. Their other shitty one where you can't find a compatible charger- the Kia. It was my mistake. We immediately saw the car and went back to the front desk to ask for another car. They said it was an "upgrade" and they'll credit what we paid for the electric vehicle to another gas car. There wasn't any credit and we saw that we just paid full car rental price, which was a rip off, extra $50 on top of what we already paid. I checked online and should have just booked online and gotten a refund for current booking. They totally rip you off at the front if you want to change cars or rent a car. Better to do it through a third party vendor. We made sure to return with full gas and took pictures of everything.

I would strongly caution anyone who is relying on a specific vehicle type to think carefully before booking here. We reserved a 4-wheel-drive vehicle several months in advance because it was essential for our trip. Despite having a confirmed reservation, upon arrival we were told there were no vehicles available and that our booking would not be honored. The desk agent, Alejandro, stated they were fully booked and could not provide the class of vehicle we had reserved. We spent several hours waiting at the counter trying to resolve the situation. When we finally spoke with a manager, the response was the same: the reserved vehicle was "not available". At no point did we feel there was any real effort to prioritize or rectify a reservation that had been made well in advance. In the end, we were given a lower-class vehicle that did not meet our needs, and we were forced to disrupt our trip later to exchange it for an appropriate one. This resulted in a significant loss of time at the start of our trip and added unnecessary stress and inconvenience. A confirmed reservation should mean something. In this case, it did not. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to provide even a comparable alternative at the outset reflects a serious breakdown in basic customer service.
