So we called them and they said they would try to fit us in that day or the next. Awesome! We had a friendly neighbor jump off the truck and was able to drive it to No Sweatt. They kept it overnight and when we called to check on the status they said it was done and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Only charged us $39.96 for checking it out. He would not give me any estimate saying that since it was 'tire season' he didn't know when he could get to it. I explained that I had an appointment weeks ago and he basically threw his co-workers under the bus saying "You didn't have to leave it here, that was a miscommunication between the person who took your appointment and the shop". This vehicle had to be towed there so I couldn't easily just take it somewhere else. When the vehicle was 'finished' he told me I had to take it elsewhere to get aligned. When I had that done, there were parts that needed replaced which they didn't tell me about despite being directly connected to the part they replaced.

The owner did an awesome job of…read morecommunicating from start to finish, answering all of our questions, and I really appreciated that it came with everything we needed to fish, from poles, lures, etc.- just needed to bring the bait. We felt comforted in the fact that it was covered, and they went above and beyond in giving us a very detailed overview of not only the boat, but also some fishing tips for the ocean, as this was my first time doing such. As a result, caught multiple salmon, a rockfish, and pollock all in the same trip. We were out all day and the boat only used 2 gallons of fuel, so it seemed to be extremely efficient for 150HP. Would highly recommend Seward AK Boat Rental, and will definitely use their services again in the future, and it definitely beat doing a charter since you have the satisfaction of being directly responsible for your catch. The kitchen had all the basics, including coffee maker and various sweetener options. The 3 bedrooms included one with a king, one with a queen, and one with a full/twin bunk. I'm pretty picky and beds, and found these very comfortable! There's also a fold-up bed and washer/dryer in the hall closet. Only one bathroom, but we made it work! For the price, we were impressed with the size and comfort! There are kid and adult patio chairs, balls, a grill, and fun nick-nacks outside (it was raining so we didn't get get to enjoy them like I wished we could have). Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities, it was a great place to stay in Seward! I would definitely stay again.
