Enterprise was supposed to pick me up at the body shop where I was dropping off my car at 9:00 am. Didn't happen. At 9:15 I called the shop. They had forgotten all about me. They said they would leave to come get me right away. Finally Picked up at 9:45 and driven to the 7700 Park Blvd location. Even though Enterprise called me to confirm my reservation last week and had gathered all my info at that time, telling me all I needed was my drivers license and a credit card on the day of the rental, they wanted all my info AGAIN as if they hadn't already gotten it when they called me to confirm. I had to provide my policy number, my deductible, my address, two different phone numbers (which was quite a trick because I only have one), my Drivers license, and my credit card for a deposit. All info they already had (Except the credit card number, I don't hand that out over the phone). The attendant took me out to look at a car. The first thing the attendant did was pop the trunk to show me the spare tire. No Spare Tire. The attendant said I didn't need one. I said I did. I can just imagine the hassles I would have to go through if I had a flat. Went back inside and waited 1/2 hour for them to wash, groom, and fill the tank of a newly returned vehicle. I have a 4 door sedan and that is what I wanted to rent. I ended up with a 4 door Hyundai Tucson. Finally left the Enterprise lot at 11:00 am after 2 hours of frustration.

I was at the mechanic by 925 and waited until 945 to call and inquire if they were on the way to be told "I didn't know you needed a ride" It was clearly on the confirmation. He demanded the address and I told him you have it there, I don't know I am waiting outside. I got upset and used a bad word, so it was ok to for him to hang up and cancel my reservation. Luckily my mechanic is a wonderful human and expedited my repairs. I was stranded anyway so I ended up waiting there a couple hours thus saving money and getting my car back quicker. Our driver was absolutely wonderful--he not only got us to the cruise port safely but also took the time to explain exactly where to go and what to expect for pickup after our cruise. When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days. She acted like she didn't want to be there? She told us she didn't have our reservation (not true because corp management had to make it due to a prior location being out of stock) and then she said we couldn't use our Amex to pay for our reservation, when we use budget and our Amex .... all the time. We had to have budget corporate management help us (again! And he nicely gave us 2x discount for the trouble) and corp gave us a rental at another location. Which accepted our Amex, no issues.
