I've rented from this place many times for work and I gotta say, I've never been disappointed with…read moretheir service (okay, maybe once but that was my own fault for forgetting my drivers license!). Seriously though, the people here have been exceptional and have done their best to accommodate my needs and rental requests. Everyone here is always friendly and they really do go out of their way to make sure you're happy, at least that's been my experience. I do wish their fleets of economy and compact cars were a little bit more modern with certain features (like cruise control) standard. Some of the cars are hit or miss when it comes to comfort, but I can't really fault this location for that (I think that's more of a corporate thing). Overall, highly recommended Enterprise location!

would give this place six stars if I could, easily the most positive auto shop experience I've had…read more from the start I felt comfortable with their incredibly friendly staff, especially Daron. he was personable, honest & I found him incredibly trustworthy (which I literally say about no when when it comes to cars / insurance / repair work). he was honest with me about price, walked me through the quote as he completed it on his computer, answered questions I had as I debated payment options & was flexible with me for about a week as I decided, and setup the entire rental car. icing on the cake...when I went to pick up the car I noticed what ended up being some paint chips on the front of my car from rock damage (my poor new car ). he kindly brought out paint and filled it in for me!! not only on the hood of the car, but did an entire lap around to see if there was anything else he could fill in for me. hopefully my car won't require any repairs in the near future, but if it ever does, I'll be back to this location, and recommending friends & family their way.

I learned how to detail cars, work the tire machine, deliver parts all over to many dealers. Many years later, I got my first sales job there in October of 1999. They sent me to car sales school, and the following month I was salesman of the month! I have so many good memories of the people I worked with, some were still there when I came back the second time. I'm so sorry Don has passed and the dealership is no longer in business. I know Don loved the people he served and the people he worked with. He passed that on to everyone who worked there. I remember how we were supposed to stop and help any one we saw on the side of the road with a Don Jacobs emblem on their car. I would still do that.
