Came to pickup a rental a car and got her at 4pm been waiting over 20 minutes. I called the corporate office to get them to contact him because we are just sitting in the lobby.. My husband rents car often this is absolutely ridiculous. The gut finally came and unlocked the kiosk. He is not wearing a name tag so we don't know his name. He never greeted us he just unlocked the door and walked in. He did not speak, ask if we had been waiting long. He grabbed the bags and started the process he did not thank us for our business. This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Got in the car and it smells like cigarettes....called back to the location after getting in the car. read more

That being said they are awesome for those check engine problems. So far they have replaced a battery, starter, brakes, tires, and done an alignment. Do the alignment for life deal 180 bucks, and you never have to pay for alignment ever again. The waiting room has coffee and an exceptionally clean bathroom. It has ample seating with a television that generally is on the news or on a sports station. They also respect your time, if they say the repair should take an hour it takes that or less, they also have never attempted to sell me anything that I did not come in and ask to have done. The staff is knowledgeable and very good at what they do, while being respectful of budget and time. They are my go to for car maintenance and repair and will continue to be.

Car smelled like smoke.(offered for me to bring it in between business hours and they would try to get the smell out.) Dents, dings and scratches around the whole vehicle. It even had rust on the corner of the hood. I had to return the vehicle to the government st. location because it was the only location close that had a drop box. I was told to return the vehicle between a 1/4 and 1/2 a tank of fuel. I was then charged for 3 gallons @ $3.26 per gallon. Picture added to show gas gauge at time of return. All that being said it was a terrible experience other than the help of the gentleman at the I-65 location and Whitney at another location.
