I had used Murphy's, in Middletown, many years ago, but couldn't see them driving south to pick me up just to take me north again to Newark airport. I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. The Keyport Enterprise called me wanting to know when I can return the car because they had "someone looking for this model to rent". I returned the car a couple hours early only to have the rep tell me "there is noticable damage to the rear tire well" . I said I don't see anything. She said there is a "gap". I Still couldn't see any obvious damage. She said she would have to notify the Maryland store and pulled out a flimsy ruler and took pictures. The car I rented had over 36k miles. I looked 4 times at the "gap" and it's was minuscule. Not noticeable unless you are 2 inches away at the base of the wheel well. I took pictures from 12 inches away and you can't see anything. I don't know what type of business they are running here. I have rented from them a few times, but now I am not sure if I can rent or even recommend Enterpeise to anyone.

The first question I asked was ' is there any severe rust or rust issues? To which David said - no not at all. Simply some surface rust.. Turns out - after picking the vehicle up and taking it in for an oil change, the entire bottom of the car was corroded and rusted out. The vehicle needed $5,000 in repairs ASIDE from the rust and on top of that they tacked on a $3,000 warranty never verbalized to me and my payments went from the promised $320 a month to $480 for a vehicle that needs over $5,000 in repairs to get on the road. I have never been screwed over so bad in my life. They have refused to work with me in any fashion. Im sure one of them will pop on here and say "we told you to bring it in the same day". Ya, Not to return it as i tried to do, for their mechanics to look at it again (the same mechanics who passed it). So no i didnt bring it back in. I ended up paying $20,000 for a 2013 nissan frontier that had a check engine light come on in the first 1,000 miles, needed all new tires, needed brakes and rotors (TO A DANGEROUS EXTENT), needed all new suspension, the hood flew up after leaving the dealership, needed everything serviced among other things.
