There's also always only one employee in the office. This "We'll pick you up" service is what separates Enterprise from other rental companies. Telling customers to Uber to/from your location after offering that service is just a no no. Pay someone $20/hour to specifically drive customers to/from their location. Come on guys, don't be slipping now.

We tried desperately to swap in Maryland and VA locations once we got to those states. After 8 hours in this awful car where my kids eyes were watering and all our clothes and hair smelled like this I went to the Richmone Airport budget to swap. Everytime I called Red Bank to complain no one answers. Why? Because the guy working there is in the back getting high. The place reeks of weed and hes clearly stoned when you go in. The health and safety of my kids were put at risk thanks to you. Not only did I waste hours of time, gas and toll money and time away from family to make this swap, I know they won't care because we've had cars from them before that smelled like smoke or pot and they just shrug and say ok. I don't care if they're open on Sundays, absolutely done with this company and this location.

I had considered a cab service, but my vacations are very important to me, and didn't want to have to worry about reliability, so I decided to use Greg's service, and called to set up an appointment. An e-mail was sent with an invite that you respond to confirming your appointment, and you receive a text from the driver a half hour before pick up. My driver showed up very early, and was waiting for me at my requested pick up location. Very friendly, helped with my bags, had a beautiful Lincoln, and got me to Newark in no time! He even was kind enough to look up my departure gate at my terminal for United Airlines! Also, exchanged in pleasant talk on the way! Great service across the board, and highly recommend them and will! I also, love the flat rate that includes tolls and gratuities! Takes the guess work out of your bill. Buyer Beware. My…read morefamily recently prepared a trip to Boston for a high school graduation. We figured that we would need a vehicle which could accommodate 4 people with luggage comfortably. We stopped in to Econo Car in Eatontown on May 14th and agreed upon the rental of a full sized Yukon XL which we had inspected and agreed upon. After providing our credit card information and being presented with a reservation confirmation for the guaranteed dates of June 11th, 12th and 13th (almost a full month from the time we reserved the vehicle), we were happy to have the vehicle squared away. Fast forward to June 6th. We received a call from David Anderson, the manager. He explained that due to 2 new customers requesting their only 2 similar vehicles for longer periods of time, they were forced to put the financial interest of the business ahead of my family and our engagement. He explained that more money was to be made by the rentals made by the other parties. In an attempt to resolve the situation, Mr Anderson offered us a minivan which was not even considerable for the event we had planned. After explaining to him that it was an unacceptable business practice and notifying him that we would be putting their business on notice with the BBB, Mr Anderson then threatened to mail me a letter of an origin unknown after he received notification from the BBB. Recently, I came across another individual who I engaged in discussion who had a very similar experience with this company. We both agreed that this business is one to avoid and I write this as a caveat.
