    Jay was incredibly arrogent, insulting and obnoxious. Too bad for him, used car sales are EXTREMELY EXTREMELY profitable.

I traded my Chevy Trax for an Equinox, financed my Trax then leased my Equinox after trading. Then once my lease was almost up I turned it into finance. I WAS NOT INFORMED THEN IT WOULD OUT ME IN A NEGATIVE EQUITY AND NOW IM PAYING MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR IS ACTUALLY WORTH. 2. AFTER 2 years of driving the equinox, this is when the problems really start to happen, engine starts over heated because of low coolant and needed a throttle body service. Simple easy fix right, WRONG!!!!!! They gave me the car back said everything is good, I drive not even a mile and now my fuel tank was leaking. And after that I had to get the fire department to clear the area before I could get a tow truck to get my car. Fire Department comes and clears the area, tow truck comes and bring it back to the dealership (Side note: they couldn't even give me a loaner after their mechanics fuck up and I had to rent a car with my own money.) They fix it and tell me it's good and I leave. NEXT FUCKING DAY MY CAR IS OVERHEATING AGAIN AFTER THEY TOLD ME THEY TESTED IT AND IT WAS FIXED. I bring it back and now they give me a loaner car because they cant figure out the problem. Turns out to be a Crack in the engine block so they need to get me a new motor. A month goes by and now my car is ready and finally fixed, OR SO I THOUGHT!!!!! 1 WEEK LATER IM BACK AT THE FUCKING DEALERSHIP FOR MY ENGINE OVERHEATING. They gave me ANOTHER LOANER for a few days and then it's finally fixed, I get my car back and what happens 2 days later, MY FUCKING ENGINE IS OVERHEATING AGAIN!!!!! After the 5th time I call GM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BECAUSE I DON'T FEEL SAFE DRIVING THIS LEMON. I use to love Chevy and now I don't ever want to drive a chevy again

Initial contact was through there office staff Taylor Bottomly (BDC manager) who scheduled for an appointment to the dealership. I am from NY and made sure that the vehicle was there for the test drive. The vehicle was dirty and needed a true deep cleaning because all kinds of dirt were there on the floors and seats. I made a remark that this may be a construction vehicle, but the salesman who was assigned to us said that it wasn't pointing to a sticky in the rear that says "baby on board" My wife and I made the usual walk through around, and pointed out to the salesman that there are items needed taking care of. Then we test drove it . Mechanically, it passed to our standard. Negotiated and tried to close the purchase. Asked for a price off citing, the tires need replacing and right sideview mirror cracked, and some minor scratches. Definitely it is a vehicle that won't likely pass NYC inspection Salesman said it's gonna be buffed and cleaned anyway. Fine, it's a used car anyway. I stressed to the salesman, I can't pass inspection with the cracked side mirror and the tires too. In short, price reduced for the value of the tires, and the salesman said he will order the cracked rt side mirror and be ready following week. This was a Friday and stated I intend to pay in cash, and will pick up the car the following day, Saturday. Fast forward to the present, 45 days after, I never got the cracked side mirror. It was an easy part to get, and if intent to deliver the promise was kept, in a week I should really have gotten the part. Amazon, eBay, Toyota parts online, are all sources of parts. A week after the sale, I called salesman and said he will check and take care of it. Note he promised it will be mailed to me the Wednesday of the following week, and he is fully aware I can't pass NYC inspection. He even said, that I don't have the NY plates yet anyway. In my mind, why would the rt side mirror being ordered be contingent on the plates? Ahhh, an alibi maybe? I provided the dealership as they requested a picture of the damaged right side mirror. Two weeks after I called the dealership, and made record of that by emailing them, to which Taylor said it was forwarded to the Salesman. She even said best to talk to the Salesman. I did, but I was told he was busy with a customer and he will call back. Third week after, a Saturday, called dealership, Owner picked up introduced himself, and said Salesman was busy and will take care that Monday following. He said to send him a text of what I needed exactly, and relayed the same message to Taylor. Fourth week, I called, by then Taylor picked up and followed up my plates since it hasn't arrived, and I asked to talk to the Salesman , but as usual was busy with a customer. I was told he will call me back. But, the obvious happened again- no call back To this present time no call back. he reneged on the promise, which is not even $100, for the glass mirror with backing. I know the part number and I know how soon it can get to me if I ordered myself. I had no bad feelings for Taylor, who liaison for my needs and I fully understand she can only do so much and she never promised me that broken part. Now I wonder how someone can tarnish a business he represents, and damage his own reputation and integrity for a super cheap amount. In short, after 3 or 4 attempts to get in touch with him who never called back, I decided that there is no way I will get that promise from the salesman, Danny This is not review of the dealership, nor a review of Taylor, or the owner, but an honest account of a customer who was on time with appointments, who satisfied their request for a Zelle as a deposit on the day I came and a bank check in full payment the next morning as I promised. Personally, I will not make a promise I cannot keep. So, I moved on and let the wheels turn.

Anyone who has dealt with this dealer I encourage you to check out the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and file a complaint. Read about Lemon law for those with defective vehicles. I personally had to file a police report, filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau as well Consumer Affairs Division for my issue with them. I still cant say much because I had to take them to court. They never conducted their business honorably and never cared about the customers.

I had done my research and was already prepared to make an offer for a trade. I was hoping for a bit more on the trade in but you can't argue with KBB. Some technical issues with the truck were noticed during the test drive and they tended to it very quickly and the sale was made. After I drove the truck, some issues which caused the truck to stall came up and I was very concerned. I reached out to my salesman Justin, who was responsive and very helpful. I was charged as a result of the fix at my local dealership (turned out to be air intake housing not secured) and Justin was able to get me reimbursed promptly. Very happy with my experience and would recommend them for sure.

I was told a part was ordered... and after coming back the next day for another hour, as well as calling the department to check in on day 3, the part wasn't received. I went to another dealer, got the actual issue fixed and was later told I'd have to pay more because the previous place (WCDJR) actually put in one of the pieces incorrectly and it would need to be recalibrated. While I really wish I could give them a better review, I can't. They get the two stars for the customer service rep (which was very nice), otherwise I'd leave no rating.

She made an offer in writing (assuming my advertisement was 100% credible) and provided me contacted information IF I was interested. I was in fact interested as the offer she made was quite fair compared to what dozens of other dealers had been making ($1k-$2k over). I was impressed that she did not insult me with a lowball offer and this is what initially enticed me to contact her. After our initial discussion, I was confident that she was who I wanted to do business with. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a deal. She was clear and precise in her expectations as was I. I was not there to play games or waste any time. She was polite, professional and respectful of my concerns and vice versa. I ultimately accepted her initial, full offer, and simply had to bring the vehicle in for final inspection and payment. I knew that my vehicle was 6 years used however in great condition, as specified in my ad. It was literally as simple as that! Quick, painless, NO GAMES! The final price paid to me was EXACTLY as initially offered/negotiated, with ZERO last minute surprises. The Sales Manager, Dan, was equally as professional and personable. I was in and out, in less than an hour! Gave them the keys to do a quick test drive and inspection, then handed them the title, flipped out the plates, we all signed and they gave me a check! BMC handled all the Motor Vehicle transfers AND their (substantial) check cleared my bank the next day. Seamless, transparent, A+ experience! Furthermore, the entire time was COVID compliant! They were wearing face masks (when applicable), socially distanced and spaced out, used plexiglass partitioning and offered hand sanitizer! I look forward to doing business with BMC in the future!
