I have tried to get through to your local number 601-939-5312 but no one ever answers the phone. If they do answer the phone, they pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. PLEASE CONTACT ME!! PLEASE!! The same woman who issued the rental was the same woman who I spoke to when I returned the car. She did not offer Satellite radio, however, she added it to my bill. Please note that we NEVER accept or request satellite radio with government rentals. This is a frivolous charge that MUST be reversed. This charge MUST be reversed. PLEASE HELP. THIS IS SO WRONG!! Please send a corrected invoice. I need a prompt response please. I have spent a tremendous amount of time trying to correct Hertz' employee's error(s). Please contact me ASAP. We made our trip, returned the vehicle the next day; the rental guy saw the same damage, accused me of doing it and started to do the report. Of course, I spoke up about it and the b/f was contacted, he sent the pictures. The guy was a jerk to me from pick-up to drop-off. He was really nice to my son (that helped me return the vehicle). Once he saw the photos, he changed his tune and said, "I should've seen that before". I was like, YEAH YOU SHOULD HAVE. Putting me through that. And he had to get one last jab. There was a little sand in the car, very minimal, that I missed. He charged me $100.00. Now, the front of the car was covered in bug guts when we drove it off the lot. Who rents a dirty car like that and then has the nerve to complain about a little sand and charge a hundred bucks??? I should've complained about the bug guts. This was my very first time renting a car, and I tell you what... I will NEVER rent from Hertz in Flowood, Mississippi again. NEVER.

My husband, a disabled veteran, was treated terribly by this location. He was just trying to follow…read moreproper procedures and let them know he still needed the rental while our car was being repaired from a hit-and-run. Instead, they took his keys, made him walk to the bank twice, and caused him to miss his VA appointment. Completely unnecessary, especially when they had our card on file from the insurance company already covering the rental. To make matters worse, they charged us $1,000 up front "just in case" we kept the vehicle longer--even though this is part of an insurance claim and the car is still in the shop. Our insurance stopped paying after 30 days, but industry standard is that the shop rate should be honored if repairs are ongoing. We're pulling our things out and returning the vehicle. It's cheaper and less stressful to rely on what we have at home. Absolutely would not recommend this Enterprise for anyone using a rental during auto repairs. 0/10 experience.
